Povzetek

V sodobnem svetu se vse več podjetij zaveda, da se ključ do uspešnega poslovanja skriva v ljudeh, oziroma v zadovoljstvu zaposlenih pri opravljanju delovnih nalog. Zagotavljanje ustreznih pogojev dela, vzpostavljanje in ohranjanje dobrih odnosov, spoštljivo komuniciranje ter skrb za ostale dejavnike zadovoljstva je najkompleksnejša naloga vodstva. V diplomskem delu z naslovom »Vpliv oblike zaposlitve na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v podjetju X« smo proučevali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih preučevanega podjetja X ter ugotavljali, ali ima res oblika zaposlitve vpliv na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo opredelili pojem zadovoljstva zaposlenih na delovnem mestu z vidika različnih avtorjev, definicije katerih se med seboj povezujejo in dopolnjujejo. Opisali smo tudi ključne dejavnike, ki imajo pomemben vpliv na zadovoljstvo ljudi pri delu in sicer: delovne naloge, delovni čas, plača, medsebojni odnosi na delovnem mestu, delovne razmere in pogoji dela, dodatno izobraževanje, pohvale in kritike ter način vodenja. Tekom teoretičnega dela diplomske naloge smo predstavili različne oblike zaposlovanja v slovenskih podjetjih ter podrobneje opisali dve vrsti zaposlitve, ki prevladujeta v preučevanem podjetju X: redno delo preko pogodbe za nedoločen čas ter delo preko napotnice študentskega servisa. Na koncu prvega dela diplomske naloge smo podrobno predstavili preučevano podjetje X, navedli glavne dejavnosti podjetja, opisali organizacijo podjetja X, ter navedli na kakšen način podjetje X pridobiva sredstva za opravljanje svoje dejavnosti. V empiričnem delu smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, ki ga je izpolnilo 45 anketirancev ter na podlagi teoretičnih spoznanj, raziskovali stopnjo zadovoljstva zaposlenih podjetja X ter vpliv oblike njihove zaposlitve na splošno zadovoljstvo pri delu. Spoznali smo, da so zaposleni preučevanega podjetja v povprečju najbolj zadovoljni z delovnim časom, kljub temu, da so izrazili željo, da bi imeli prilagodljiv delovni čas, zadovoljni so tudi z obliko zaposlitve ter z delovnimi nalogami, najmanj pa zadovoljni s spodbujanjem in navduševanjem zaposlenih ter z vodstvom preučevanega podjetja X. Upoštevajoč srednje vrednosti zadovoljstva z različnimi dejavniki ter povprečno oceno splošnega zadovoljstva anketirancev, smo ugotovili, da se odgovori anketirancev na posamezna vprašanja, glede na obliko njihove zaposlitve, bistveno ne razlikujejo, kar pomeni, da oblika zaposlitve nima pomembnega vpliva na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih preučevanega podjetja X. Na osnovi spoznanj smo vodstvu podjetja X predlagali, da preuči morebitne možnost uvedbe prilagodljivega delovnega časa, kar bi, glede na izraženo željo anketirancev, pozitivno vplivalo na njihovo zadovoljstvo na delovnem mestu. Upoštevajoč odgovore zaposlenih, bi bilo smiselno razmisliti tudi o možnostih dodatnih izobraževanj, saj kar polovica anketirancev meni, da za opravljanje svojega dela potrebujejo nova znanja. Več predlogov za izboljšave smo navedli na koncu diplomskega dela.

Sekundarni povzetek: In the modern world, more and more companies are aware that the key to a prosperous business is hidden in people, employee satisfaction is vital to the success. Ensuring appropriate working conditions, establishing and maintaining good work relationships, respectful communication and a concern for other factors affecting job satisfaction is the most complex task of management. In this thesis entitled »The impact of a form of employment on employee satisfaction in company X« we studied the level of job satisfaction among employees of company X, we also wanted to find out if the form of employment has an impact on employee satisfaction. Theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of employee satisfaction from the perspective of different authors, the definitions of which are complemented and intertwined. We have described the key factors that have a significant impact on people's satisfaction at work, namely: work assignments, working hours, salary, interpersonal relations at the workplace, working conditions, further education, praise and criticism, and management style. During the theoretical part of the thesis we presented different forms of employment in Slovenian companies and detaily described two types of employment that prevail in the studied company X: an employment with a contract for an indefinite period of time and student work. At the end of the first part of the thesis we presented company X, listed the main activities of the company, described the organization of company X and indicated in which way company X obtains funding for its activities. In the empirical part, with the help of a questionnaire, filled in by 45 respondents and on the basis of theoretical knowledge, we investigated the level of employee satisfaction in company X and the influence of a form of their employment on a general job satisfaction. We learned that employees of the studied company X are on avarage most satisfied with working hours, with a form of employment and work assignments, while majority of respondents is the least satisfied with encouraging and inspiring employees in company X and they are also dissatisfied with the company's management. Considering the mean values of satisfaction with various factors and an average rating of overall satisfaction of the respondents, we found that the answers of respondents to each question according to the type of their employment in relative terms do not differ significantly, which means that the form of employment has no significant impact on employee satisfaction in the studied company X. Based on the findings, we suggested to management to consider any possibility of introducing flexible working hours, which would, according to the expressed desire of the respondents have a positive impact on their job satisfaction. Taking into account the responses of employees, it would be reasonable to consider the possibility of further education, since currently more than a half of the respondents believe that their work assignments require new skills and new knowledge. More suggestions for improvements were indicated at the end of the thesis.
