Povzetek
Teoretična izhodišča: Besedo kakovost srečujemo na vsakem koraku, kakovost izvajanja zdravstvenih storitev pa je obširen pojem, ki ga je težko definirati ter podati pravo in edino definicijo, zaradi česar je bil namen magistrskega dela ugotoviti zadovoljstvo pacientov z zdravstveno obravnavo.
Namen: Ugotoviti zadovoljstvo pacientov s celostno obravnavo zdravstvenega tima, ki ga v tem primeru tvorita medicinska sestra in zdravnik. V okviru magistrskega dela je bila izvedena raziskava o zadovoljstvu pacientov z zdravstvenimi storitvami v Kliniki za kirurgijo v Univerzitetnem kliničnem centru Maribor.
Raziskovalna metodologija: V okviru raziskave je bil razvit nestandardiziran anketni vprašalnik, ki je vseboval 26 vprašanj. Uporabili smo kvalitativno in kvantitativno metodo raziskovanja. Raziskava je vključevala 100 anketirancev – pacientov, hospitaliziranih na Kliniki za kirurgijo, Univerzitetnega kliničnega centra Maribor.
Rezultati: Rezultati izvedene raziskave so pokazali, da so pacienti z obravnavo s strani medicinskih sester in tudi zdravnikov zadovoljni, prav tako so zadovoljni s celostno obravnavo tima na posameznih oddelkih Klinike za kirurgijo, Univerzitetnega kliničnega centra Maribor. V 88,6 % so s celostno obravnavo zadovoljni, zgolj v 11,4 % so bili z obravnavo delno zadovoljni, nihče ni izbral odgovora, da z obravnavo niso bili zadovoljni.
Diskusija in zaključek: Celostno gledano so pacienti, obravnavani na posameznih oddelkih Klinike za kirurgijo, Univerzitetnega kliničnega centra Maribor, zadovoljni z obravnavo.

Theoretical starting points: The word quality is emphasized at every step, however, the quality of the implementation of the health services is a widespread notion, that is difficult to be defined and given the right and the only one definition. For that very reason, the purpose of this master thesis was to determine the patient's satisfaction with the medical treatment.
Purpose: To find out the patient's satisfaction with an integrated treatment of the health team, which was, in this case, formed of a nurse and a doctor. In the framework of this thesis, a research was carried out, about the patient's satisfaction with health services at the Clinic for Surgery at the University Clinical Center Maribor.
Research methodology: In the framework of research a non-standardized questionnaire was developed, which included 26 questions. We used a qualitative and quantitative research method. The survey included 100 respondents - patients hospitalized at the Clinic of Surgery at University Clinical Center Maribor.
Results: The results of the performed research showed, that the patients are satisfied with the treatment by nurses and doctors. They are also satisfied with the overall treatment by the teams in individual departments of the Clinic for Surgery at University Clinical Center Maribor. In 88,6 % the patients were satisfied with the overall treatment, only 11,4 % were partially satisfied with the treatment. None of the patients chose the answer in the survey that they were not satisfied with the treatment.
Discussion and Conclusion: In a comprehensive way, patients, treated in individual departments of the Clinic for Surgery at University Clinical Center Maribor are satisfied with the treatment. |
