Povzetek

V sezoni 2016/17 smo preizkusili igralce in igralke najmočnejše državne lige v floorballu v Sloveniji. Sodelovalo je 58 igralcev, starih med 16 in 33 let, s povprečno starostjo 21,4 ± 0,67 leta, ter 41 igralk, starih med 15 in 54 let, s povprečno starostjo 25,0 ± 1,53 leta. Poškodovanih je bilo 53 vseh preizkušancev (54 %), pri čemer so skupaj utrpeli 64 poškodb. Poškodovanih je bilo 34 igralcev (59 % vseh igralcev) in 19 igralk (46 % vseh igralk). Najpogostejši poškodbi sta bili poškodbi gležnja (32 % vseh poškodb) ter kolena (23 % vseh poškodb). Pri moških je prevladovala poškodba gležnja (38 %), sledila je poškodba kolena (24 %), pri ženskah je bil delež omenjenih poškodb bolj izenačen (gleženj: 24 %, koleno: 21 %). Zvin ali ligamentarna poškodba se je izkazala kot najpogostejša poškodba (25 %), pri moških je predstavljala 29 % vseh poškodb, pri ženskah pa 22 %; pri ženskah so bile enako pogoste tudi poškodbe mišic. 71 % vseh poškodb je bilo akutnega nastanka, posledica preobremenitvenega sindroma pa 21 %. Na treningu se je zgodilo 54 % vseh poškodb, na tekmi pa 46 %. Pri moških je na treningu nastalo 52 % poškodb, pri ženskah 56 %, pri tekmi so moški utrpeli 48 % poškodb, ženske pa 44 %. 45 % poškodb ni bilo posledica kontakta, poškodb zaradi kontakta z drugim igralcem pa je bilo 35 %. Največ je bilo hudih poškodb, in sicer 28 %, delež zanemarljivih, manjših in zmernih poškodb pa je za vsako vrsto poškodb znašal 24 %. Incidenca poškodb se med spoloma ni razlikovala, znašala je 3,6 poškodbe na 1.000 h dejavnosti floorballa, med spoloma se ni razlikovala. Incidenca poškodb na treningu je znašala 2,3 poškodbe na 1.000 h treninga, incidenca poškodb na tekmi pa 11 poškodb na 1.000 h tekem.

Sekundarni povzetek: In the season of 2016/17 we tested male and female players of the strongest national league in Floorball in our country. There were 58 male players involved, aged from 16 to 33, the average age being 21.4 ± 0.67, and 41 female players, aged from 15 to 54, the average age being 25.0 ± 1.52. There were 53 injured players among the tested ones (54%) and they suffered in total 64 injuries. There were 34 male players (59% of all male players) and 19 female players (46% of all female players) injured. Most common injuries were ankle injuries (32% of all injuries) and knee injuries (23% of all injuries). The prevailing injuries among men were ankle injuries (38%) followed by knee injuries (24%) and among women the percentage of the two injuries was more balanced (ankles 24%, knees 21%). A sprain or ligament injury has proven to be the most common injury (25%), among men it presented 29% of all injuries, while among women it was 22%, where muscle injuries were just as common. 71% of all injuries were traumatic and 21% of them were the result of overuse. 54% of all injuries happened during practice, among women this was 56%. During games men suffered 48% of injuries and women suffered 44% of injuries. 45% of injuries were not a result of physical contact, while there were 35% of injuries that resulted from having physical contact with another player. Most injuries were severe (28%), while negligible, lesser and moderate injuries amounted to 24% each. The injury incidence did not differ among the two sexes. The injury incidence amounted to 3.6 injuries per 1000 hours of playing floorball and it did not differ among the two sexes. The injury incidence during practice amounted to 2.3 injuries per 1000 hours of practice, while the injury incidence during a game was 11.0 injuries per 1000 game hours.
