Povzetek
Magistrsko delo obravnava razvoj aplikacije za podporo kompleksnega procesa v izobraževalni ustanovi. Na kratko sta predstavljena diagramska tehnika BPMN in orodje ProcessMaker. Opisani so gradniki BPMN (aktivnost, odločitev, dogodek, podatkovni element in artefakti) ter značilnosti orodja ProcessMaker (vizualno modeliranje, definicija delovnih tokov in programska realizacija v jeziku PHP). Povzete so osnove teorije grafov in mer kompleksnosti, hkrati pa je podana zasnova skripta v jeziku R, ki omogoča branje podatkov iz preglednice, risanje grafov in izračun mer kompleksnosti grafa. Z orodjem ProcessMaker so razviti obrazci, dokumenti, pravila in delovni tokovi, ki udeležencem procesa (študentom profesorjem, strokovnim sodelavcem in vodstvu) omogočajo izvedbo vseh opravil v procesu diplomiranja. Modeliran je spremenjeni proces. Značilnost spremenjenega procesa je zmanjšano število aktivnosti zaradi uporabe digitalnih dokumentov. Predvidena je uporaba digitalnega podpisa, vendar v razviti rešitvi ni implementirana. Prenos podatkov med udeleženci v procesu diplomiranja je hitrejši, poteka prek razvite aplikacije in ga je možno meriti (čas, obseg opravljenega dela). Za obstoječi in spremenjeni proces so izračunane mere kompleksnosti s pomočjo paketa QuACN v jeziku R. Nekatere izračunane mere kompleksnosti so: Wienerjevo število, Hararyjev indeks, Randičev indeks povezljivosti, indeks Balaban J, Bertzov indeks kompleksnosti in kompaktnost grafa. Razlike v merah kompleksnosti pri obstoječem in spremenjenem procesu so nastale zaradi različnega števila vozlišč in njihovih medsebojnih povezav.

This master thesis is focused on application development for supporting complex process in an educational institution. BPMN diagram technique and ProcessMaker software are briefly presented. Elements of BPMN (activity, decisions, events, data elements and artefacts) and the features of ProcessMaker (visual modeling, definitions of workflows and program realizations in PHP language) are described. The foundations of graph theory and complexity measures are shown. The framework for script in R language is explained. This script enables reading from spreadsheet, plotting graphs and computation of graph's complexity measures. ProcessMaker was used to develop forms, documents, rules and workflows which allow participants (students, professors, assistants and management) execution of activities in the process of graduation. Modified process was modeled. The characteristic of the modified process model is decreased number of activities which was enabled by introduction of digital documents. The use of digital signatures is designed, but it is not implemented in the current solution. Exchange of data between participants of the process of graduating is faster due to developed application. Execution times and the effort can be measured. Complexity measures for the existing and the modified process are computed with QuACN package in R language. The computed complexity measures include Wiener number, Harary index, Randic connectivity index, Balaban J index, Bertz complexity index and compactness of graph. The differences in complexity measures of existing and modified processes are caused by different number of graph's edges and vertexes. |
