Povzetek
Slovenija je pravna in socialna država, ki vsem svojim državljanom skladno z ustavo zagotavlja enakopravnost in dosledno spoštovanje vseh človekovih pravic. Z vidika varstva pravic invalidov, zagotavljanja njihove ekonomske neodvisnosti in njihove vključenosti ter doprinosa družbi na vseh njenih področjih je izrednega pomena tudi ustrezna zaposlitev invalidov. Zavod za pokojninsko in invalidsko zavarovanje ima pomembno vlogo pri ohranjanju zaposlitve in iskanju priložnosti za novo zaposlitev delovnih invalidov v okviru pravic iz invalidskega zavarovanja. Temeljni namen magistrske naloge je v predstavitvi instituta poklicne rehabilitacije delovnega invalida in prilagoditvi delovnega okolja v okviru pravic iz naslova invalidskega zavarovanja. V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge so predstavljeni temeljni pojmi in pomembnejši pravni predpisi, ki urejajo pravice delovnih invalidov v zvezi z zaposlitvijo, s poudarkom na Zakonu o pokojninskem in invalidskem zavarovanju. Raziskovalni del naloge temelji na predstavitvi primerov dobre prakse in povzetkih intervjujev s strokovnimi udeleženci v postopkih poklicne rehabilitacije in prilagoditve delovnega okolja delovnih invalidov. Magistrska naloga nadalje analizira ugotovljene rezultate raziskave in podaja morebitne predloge sprememb invalidskega zavarovanja v prihodnosti s ciljem, da institut poklicne rehabilitacije in prilagoditve delovnega okolja postane temeljna pravica iz invalidskega zavarovanja.

Slovenia is a rule of law and a social state which ensures equality and consistent respect for all the human rights to all its citizens in accordance with the constitution. From the perspective of protection of rights of persons with a disability, ensuring their economic independence and their inclusion, and contribution to the society in all its fields, the appropriate employment of persons with a disability is of exceptional significance also. The Pension and Disability Insurance Institute of Slovenia has an important role in preserving employment and seeking the opportunities for new employment of persons with work-related disability within the framework of disability insurance rights. The basic purpose of the master%s thesis is to present the institute of the rehabilitation, oriented to the job of a person with work-related disability and adjustment of working environment within the framework of the rights of disability insurance. In the theoretical part of the master%s thesis, the basic conceptions and more important legal acts regulating the rights of persons with work-related disability in relation to the employment, with the emphasis on the Pension and Disability Insurance Act, are presented. The research part of the thesis is based on the presentation of the examples of good practice and on summaries of the interviews with the professional participants in the procedures of rehabilitation, oriented to the job and adjustment of the working environment of the persons with work-related disability. Furthermore, the master%s thesis analyzes the found results of the research and offers possible proposals of alterations of the disability insurance in future with the goal, for theinstitute of the rehabilitation, oriented to the job and adjustment of working environment to become the basic right of the disability insurance. |
