Povzetek

Regulacija vrtljajev gredi motorja nas spremlja že od začetka uporabe parnih motorjev. V magistrskem delu obravnavamo izdelavo modela regulatorja vrtljajev gredi turbinskega motorja z dušilno loputo kot projektno nalogo. Za izvedbo projektne naloge zadoščajo znanja pridobljena v osnovni šoli. Osnovna šola da učencem veliko znanj, ki pa jih učenci ne znajo uporabiti in povezati s praktičnimi primer iz vsakodnevnega življenja. Želeli smo izdelati primer uporabe učenčevih pridobljenih znanj za izdelavo pripomočka iz vsakodnevnega življenja – regulatorja vrtljajev motorja z notranjim zgorevanjem z dušilno loputo. Ker motor z notranjim zgorevanjem med delovanjem proizvaja strupene pline, smo se odločili za izdelavo modela regulacije. Za razumevanje delovanja in izdelavo modela regulacije so potrebna znanja pridobljena pri različnih predmetih. Izdelali smo model programirljivega elektronskega regulacijskega sistema na osnovi znanj, pridobljenih v osnovni šoli, ki smo jih s pomočjo interdisciplinarne projektne naloge povezali med seboj. Večino sestavnih delov nismo kupili, ampak smo jih 3D modelirali in natisnili s 3D tiskalnikom. Za regulacijo smo uporabili Arduino razvojno ploščico, servomotor in svetlobna vrata. Izdelani model smo ovrednotili in poiskali možnosti za izboljšavo. Za celotno izvedbo projekta smo oblikovali faze projektne naloge, ki lahko učiteljem služijo kot predlog za poučevanje. Poiskali smo tudi katere tehniške vsebine so zajete med izdelavo modela regulacije vrtljajev.

Sekundarni povzetek: The regulation of engine’s shaft revolution is well known since the invention of the steam engines. In this thesis we are discussing the manufacturing of a model of shaft revolution regulation in a turbine engine with a throttle as a project assignment. In order to carry out our project assignment, knowledge acquired in elementary school is sufficient. Primary school gives students a lot of knowledge, which pupils cannot use and connect with practical examples from everyday life. For that reason, we wanted to make an example, where pupil's acquired knowledge would enable them to manufacture a utility from everyday life – a revolution regulator for an internal combustion engine with a throttle. Since the internal combustion engine produces toxic gases when in operation, we decided to make a model of regulation. In order to understand, how the regulation model works, and how it is built, one needs knowledge obtained from different/various subjects. We manufactured a model of programmable electronic regulation system, based on knowledge acquired in elementary school. All that knowledge was interconnected with the help of an interdisciplinary project assignment. The majority of components were not bought, but were 3D modelled and printed with a 3D printer. For regulation we used Arduino developmental platform, servomotor and infrared optical sensor. The manufactured model was evaluated, and some options for improvement were searched for. For the entire implementation of the project we designed project phases, which can be used as teaching suggestions for teachers. We also searched, which technical contents are included during model revolution regulation manufacturing.
