Povzetek

Diplomsko delo z naslovom Popoldanske plesne dejavnosti otrok in mladostnikov v mestu Krško je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo opisali ples, kako je ples pomemben za otroka. Na kratko smo opisali zvrsti plesa, ki se izvajajo v mestu Krško (balet, jazz, sodobni ples, step, orientalski ples, hip-hop, standardni plesi in latinskoameriški plesi). Na koncu teoretičnega dela pa še, kakšno vlogo ima plesni trener/učitelj pri poučevanju plesa otrok in mladostnikov. V empiričnem delu smo opravili intervjuje z desetimi plesnimi trenerji/učitelji, ki poučujejo ples v mestu Krško. Ugotovili smo, koliko otrok in mladostnikov obiskuje različne zvrsti plesa, kako potekajo treningi in kakšen način dela ima posamezni učitelj/trener plesa.

Sekundarni povzetek: The Diploma thesis entitled "The afternoon dance activities of children and adolescents in the city of Krško" consists of theoretical and empirical part. Description of the dance as well as its importance for the children is encompassed in the theoretical part. Brief description of dance types offered in the city of Krško (ballet, jazz, contemporary dance, step, orient, hip hop, standard dances and Latin-American dances) and the role of the dance coach/teacher in dance education of children and adolescents is presented in the theoretical part of the thesis. The interviews with ten dance coaches/teachers employed in the city of Krško were conducted for empirical part of the thesis. The study revealed the number of children, adolescents' participation in different types of dances, the training classes and the types of works different teacher/coach conducts.
