Sekundarni povzetek:	Business cost reduction that can be achieved by reducing costs, optimizing business processes and implementation of Information and communications technology plays an increasingly important role in business value of a company or organisation. Many local communities in Slovenia are required to provide better quality services and their implementation at lower costs. Efficiency and effectiveness of municipal administration and faster completion of tasks is necessary to ensure effective communication and transparency of municipality operations. To achieve better effectiveness, municipality administrations should implement various electronic services (E-services). This master's thesis focuses on implementation of ICT and E-materials as the base for introduction of E-services in the business of the municipal council.
