Sekundarni povzetek:	Citizens are controlled with new information technology and authoritarian state function. The question of privacy is becoming serious problem the individual and society. The task is focused on the case of the Tax Administration, which has information of taxpayers. We study privacy, control and protection of personal data in several respects and we want evidence that the tax administration care for the privacy of persons. We aredecided to partly qualitative and partly quantitative research design. The method of descriptions and compilations were presented a problem with the deductive method of hypothesis gather and evaluate the inductive method. Vulnerabilities and threats arising from the service of documents were collected by methodological triangulation. The proposals of research are eliminate or reduce risks and improve the procedures.
