Povzetek

Namen diplomskega dela je podrobneje spoznati medvrstniško nasilje in razširjenost tega v vrtcih in nižjih razredih osnovne šole. Delo je razdeljeno na dva dela. V prvem, teoretičnem delu je opisano, kaj sta nasilje in agresija, razložen je pomen besede "bullying". Podrobneje so predstavljeni medvrstniško nasilje, vrste in oblike omenjenega nasilja, izpostavljeni so udeleženci nasilja ter kakšno vlogo igrata starost in spol v povezavi z vrstniškim nasiljem, podane so lastnosti posameznih udeležencev, da bi se s tem omogočilo boljše zaznavanje omenjene problematike. V delu je predstavljeno, kako pomagati žrtvi in nasilnežu. V empiričnem delu je bila s pomočjo anketnih vprašalnikov izvedena raziskava o medvrstniškem nasilju v vrtcih in nižjih razredih osnovne šole. V raziskavi so sodelovali vzgojitelji prvega, drugega in kombiniranega oddelka in učitelji, ki so zaposleni v nižjih razredih osnovne šole. S pomočjo raziskave se je ugotavljalo, ali anketiranci zaznavajo medvrstniško nasilje pri otrocih, s katerimi delajo, katere oblike nasilja najpogosteje zaznavajo, kateri so najpogostejši vzroki vrstniškega nasilja, kaj storijo v primeru, ko zaznajo medvrstniško nasilje. Anketirance se je povprašalo tudi po njihovem mnenju in pogledu na omenjeno nasilje. Zbrani podatki so bili obdelali v programu SPSS. V delu so bile postavljene tudi štiri hipoteze. Hipoteza 1, ki pravi, da se medvrstniško nasilje pogosteje pojavlja pri otrocih v prvi triadi osnovne šole kot v vrtcu, je bila ovržena. Hipoteza 2, ki pravi, da se fizično nasilje pogosteje pojavlja pri dečkih, je bila delno potrjena, hipoteza 3, ki pravi, da se pri mlajših otrocih v vrtcu pogosteje pojavlja fizično nasilje kot pri starejših otrocih v vrtcu in pri otrocih v šoli, je bila ovržena, hipoteza 4, ki pravi, da se pri otrocih v osnovni šoli pogosteje pojavlja psihično nasilje, pa je bila delno potrjena. Prikazani so tudi rezultati in interpretacije anketnega vprašalnika.

Sekundarni povzetek: The purpose of this diploma thesis was to analyze violence among peers, and its spread in kinder gardens and lower grades of primary school. Thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part, the basic terms are described. We wanted to ascertain what violence and aggression basically is, and we tried to explain broader sense of the word "bullying". Violence among peers, different forms and natures of it, participants in violence and the role of age in sex in connection with violence among peers, were presented in greater detail. It was also essential to expose features of individual participants, and consequently enable better detection of the above mentioned problem. Another important matter was how to help the victim and the one, who bullies, therefore the presentation of this is also given. In the empirical part the research was conducted in kinder gardens and the lower grader of primary school. The research included teachers. With this research we wanted to ascertain if interviewees detect violence among peers, which forms of violence are the most common, which are the most common causes for violence, how do they react when the detect violence, and we also wanted the opinion and their point of view on this topic. To sum up, we gathered information with inquiries, which were later processed in program SPSS. In addition, we had four hypothesizes. H1: we assumed that violence among peers was more common in lower grades of primary school than in kinder garden. This hypothesis was disproved. H2: we assumed that physical violence was more common among boys than girls. This hypothesis was partly proved. H3: we assumed that physical violence is more frequent among younger children in kinder garden than among older children. This hypothesis was also disproved. H4: we assumed that psychological violence is more frequent among children in primary school. This hypothesis was partly proved. The results and interpretations of the inquiry are shown below.
