Povzetek
V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali odnos med nogometnimi igralci v različnih klubih iz različnih lig v Sloveniji ter njihovo delovno zavzetost za treniranje in igranje nogometa.
Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela, na teoretični del ter raziskovalni del.
V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili različne teorije o delovni zavzetosti, ki so jih napisali različni avtorji. Opredelili smo še, kateri so dejavniki za zavzetost. Pojasnili smo vpliv vodij na zavzetost zaposlenih ter kako se izvaja merjenje delovne zavzetosti. Opisali pa smo tudi nogomet v Sloveniji, strukturo nogometa v Sloveniji, njegov pomen ter zgodovinski razvoj.
V raziskovalnem delu smo obravnavali nogometaše iz petih slovenskih nogometnih lig, preverili smo kako se nogometaši počutijo med treniranjem in igranjem nogometa ter koliko so zavzeti in motivirani. Prav tako smo primerjali rezultate, da bi ugotovili, kateri nogometaši katere lige so bolj zavzeti za svoje delo. Ugotovili smo da so igralci iz višjih lig bolj motivirani in zavzeti za delo kot igralci iz nižjih lig, ter na osnovi tega v nalogi tudi predlagali nekatere izboljšave za delovanje nogometašev in njihovih klubov.

The thesis explores the relationship between football players in different clubs from different leagues in Slovenia and their working engagement to training and playing football.
The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the research part.
In the theoretical part we define different theories of work engagement, written by various authors. We also identify the factors for engagement. We explain the influence of managers on the engagement of employees, and how the measurement of work engagement is carried out. We also describe football in Slovenia, the structure of football in Slovenia, its significance and historical development.
In the research part of the thesis we consulted with football players from five Slovenian football leagues, we checked how football players are feeling during coaching and playing football and how enthusiastic and motivated they are. We also compare results to find which football players from which leagues are more committed to their work. We found that the players from higher leagues are more motivated and enthusiastic to work than lower-league players, and on the basis of this we also propose some improvements in the performance of football players and their clubs. |
