diplomsko delo
Povzetek
Diplomsko delo zajema problematiko otrok, staršev in trenerjev v športu, še posebej v športni gimnastiki. Družina ima v otrokovem življenju ogromen pomen. Predstavlja temelj vzgoje, odraščanja, socializacije, materialnih in socialnih dobrin.

This dissertation includes issues of children, parents and coaches in sport, especially in gymnastics. Family has an enormous meaning in a child's life. It presents the base of the upbringing, growing up, socialisation, material and social goods. Child's development depends on his family. Sport also has an effect on the child's development, as from the psychosocial side because it helps the child to engage into the world, as well as from the biological side, where it helps him to physically develop and prevent the emergence of numerous illnesses. Integration of children in sport therefore has a remarkable meaning. Role of parents has an essential meaning at upbringing young athletes. They should direct them into sport, accomplish tasks which they have to do, stand by their side and encourage them. Triangle child - parents - coach is very important in sports. Each individual in this triangle has their tasks, which he has to do for a positive attitude. In this case, communication plays an important role. It often happens that one of the individuals in this triangle does not do their tasks or interferes too much into the work of the other one so their relationship aggravates. Good communication, coaches' good work and child's working values lead to top sport. The role of parents is even more important with children because there is a thin line between winning and losing. The results of the empirical part of the dissertation show that parents are striving for their child's sport progress because they have good relations with coaches and are satisfied with their work. They very often visit competitions and there is an interesting fact which tells us that most of them does not participate often in their child's club. |
