Povzetek
Teoretična izhodišča: Cilj vsake zdravstvene ustanove je zadovoljen uporabnik, saj to pokaže, da je bil vzpostavljen dober medosebni odnos in storitev dobro opravljena. Starši v prvih letih otrokovega življenja potrebujejo nasvete, podporo in pomoč. Pri tem jim je v oporo patronažna medicinska sestra, ki si prizadeva k ohranitvi, krepitvi ali vrnitvi zdravja otrok.
Raziskovalne metode: Uporabljena je bila kvantitativna metodologija. V raziskavi z anketnim vprašalnikom je sodelovalo 80 staršev. Ugotavljala se je stopnja zadovoljstva staršev s preventivno zdravstveno obravnavo dojenčkov na domu. Podatki so bili obdelani z deskriptivno statistiko, rezultati so prikazani v grafih.
Rezultati: Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da je bilo 72,6 % staršev obiskanih enkrat ali večkrat. Kar 94,8 % staršev je zadovoljnih s preventivnimi obiski patronažne medicinske sestre. Izkazalo se je, da obstaja povezava med točnostjo in pripravljenostjo patronažne medicinske sestre ter zadovoljstvom, kako jim pomaga razumeti rast in razvoj otroka ter starševstvo.
Diskusija in zaključek: Vsi starši svojemu otroku želijo najboljše, predvsem da so zdravi. V prvih dneh otrokovega življenja jim pomaga patronažna medicinska sestra, ki vstopa v njihovo okolje. Ta jim v prvem letu otrokovega življenja nudi pomoč, podporo, jih usmerja ter deluje zdravstvenovzgojno. Pomembno je, da so starši zadovoljni s preventivno obravnavo, saj tako bolj upoštevajo nasvete in napotke patronažne medicinske sestre.

Teoretical background: The goal of every health institution is satisfied user as this shows that a good interpersonal relationship has been established in a well performed service. Parents in the first years of their child's life need advice, support and help. Thus, the community nurse strives to maintain, strengthen or restore the health of children.
Research methods: A quantitative methodology was used. In research, using a questionnaire 80 parents participated. The parents’ satisfaction with preventive treatment of infant at home was investigated. We analysed the data with descriptive statistics and showed the results in the form of graphs.
Results: The results of the research have shown that 72,6 % of parents were visited once or more. 94,8 % of parents are satisfied with preventive treatment by community nurse. It turned out that there is a link between the accuracy and the readiness of community nurse and the satisfaction of helping to understand the growth and development of the child and parenting.
Discussion and conclusion: All parents want their best for their infant, especially for their health. In the first days of the child's life, they are assisted by a community nurse who enters their environment. During the first year, she provides assistance, support, guidance and health education. It is important that parents are satisfied with preventive treatment, because they take more account of the advice and instructions of the community nurse. |
