Povzetek

Teoretično izhodišče: Problem, ki ga zaznavamo, je, da je management znanja na področju zdravstvene nege zapleten in razpršen na veliko specialnih področij s centralnim upravljanjem v okviru posameznega zavoda. Namen magistrskega dela je razložiti in raziskati ključne dejavnike na področju managementa znanja na osnovi rezultatov opravljene raziskave. Metodologija raziskovanja: Uporabljena je bila kvantitativna metodologija raziskovalnega dela. Za zbiranje podatkov smo uporabili anketiranje s pomočjo vprašalnika z vprašanji zaprtega tipa, ki je bil pripravljen na podlagi literature in že validiranih vprašalnikov. Pri analizi rezultatov smo uporabili t-test, korelacijski test za določanje povezanosti spremenljivk, kot so starost, izobrazba, delovna doba, s procesi managementa znanja in Mann-Whitney test. Rezultati: V raziskavi je sodelovalo 187 anketirancev. Ugotovili smo, da se zaposleni v zdravstveni negi zavedajo pomembnosti managementa znanja, da zavod priznava znanje kot del svojega intelektualnega kapitala in da management znanja pomaga pri učinkovitosti in kakovosti opravljenega dela, vendar nismo dokazali, da je management znanja del organizacijske kulture ustanove, v kateri smo raziskavo izvedli. Ugotovili smo, da izobrazba ne vpliva na odnos zaposlenih do ustvarjanja (p = 0,256), izmenjave (p = 0,329) in shranjevanja znanja (p = 0,454). Zaposleni z delovno dobo, krajšo od 5 let, so bolj naklonjeni prenosu znanja kot ostali zaposleni (p = 0,041). Dokazali smoi, da strarost udeležencev ne vpliva na odnos zaposlenih do ustvarjanja, izmenjave in shranjevanja znanja. Diskusija in zaključek: Izvajanje in aplikacija managementa znanja sta odvisni od posameznika, motivacije in potebe po znanju in je dolgoročna naložba. Izkustveno znanje zaposlenega je največjega pomena in kot takšno zelo cenjeno med zaposlenimi.

Sekundarni povzetek: Theoretical starting point: The problem we perceive is that the knowledge management in the field of nursing is complicated, in many special areas with central management within a particular institution. The purpose of the master's thesis is to explain and explore the key factors in the field of knowledge management, based on the results of the research performed. Methodology: Quantitative methodology used in research work. We will use the survey to collect data using a questionnaire with closed-type questions. The questionnaire is prepared on the basis of literature and already validated questionnaires. In the analysis of the results, we used a t-test, a correlation test to determine the relationship between variables such as age, education, working age, knowledge management processes, and Mann-Whitney test. Results: The survey involved 187 respondents. We found that employees in nursing care are aware of the importance of knowledge management, that the institution recognizes knowledge as part of its intellectual capital and that knowledge management helps in the efficiency and quality of work performed. However, we have not shown that the knowledge management is part of the organizational culture of the institution in which the survey was carried out. We also found that education does not affect the attitude of employees to creation (p = 0.256), exchanges (p = 0.329) and knowledge storage (p = 0.454). Employees with a service life of less than 5 years are more inclined to transfer knowledge than other employees (p = 0.041). We have also proved that the passion of participants does not affect the attitude of employees to the creation, exchange and storage of knowledge. Discussion and conclusion: The implementation and application of knowledge management depends on the individual, motivation and the pursuit of knowledge and is a long-term investment. The knowledge of the employee is of the highest importance and as such highly appreciated among the employees.
