Povzetek

Leta 2016 je bil postavljen poskus, v katerem smo želeli ugotoviti vpliv višine grebena na količino pridelka in nekatere lastnosti plodov žlahtnega jagodnjaka (Fragaria x ananssa Duch.) sort 'Clery' in 'Joly'. Poskus je potekal na grebenih z zastirkami na treh različnih višinah: 20 cm, 30 cm in 40 cm. Za vsako višino grebena je bilo posajenih 20 sadik sorte 'Clery' in 20 sadik sorte 'Joly'. Maja in junija 2017 smo plodove postopno obrali, jim izmerili višino, širino, debelino, maso ploda, trdoto mesa in vsebnost topne suhe snovi. Pridelek je bil izmerjen tudi pri vsakem posameznem obiranju, prešteli smo tudi število plodov. Ugotovili smo, da imajo povprečno manjše dimenzije plodovi pri višini grebena 40 cm, največje pa pri višini grebena 20 cm. Povprečna masa ploda je bila največja pri višini grebena 20 cm in najmanjša pri višini grebena 40 cm. Najmehkejši so bili plodovi pri višini grebena 40 cm, pri višini grebena 20 in 30 cm pa je bila trdota mesa enaka. Vsebnost topne suhe snovi je bila največja pri višini grebena 30 cm, najmanjša pa pri višini grebena 20 cm.

Sekundarni povzetek: In 2016 an experiment was set up in which we wanted to determine the effect of the height of the hill on the yield and some properties of the strawberry fruit (Fragaria x ananssa Duch.) of cultivars 'Clery' and 'Joly'. The experiment was carried out on the hill with straw at three different heights: 20 cm, 30 cm and 40 cm. For each height of the hill, 20 plants of 'Clery' and 20 plants of 'Joly' were planted. In May and June 2017, the fruits were gradually picked, measured the fruit height, width, thickness, and weight, firmness and the content of soluble solids. The yield was also measured in each individual picking time, and the number of fruits was also recorded. We have found that on average smaller dimensions of the fruits are at a height of hill 40 cm, and the largest at the height of the hill 20 cm. The average fruit weight was the highest at the hill height of 20 cm and the smallest at a hill height of 40 cm. The softest were the fruits at the hill height of 40 cm; at the height of the hill 20 and 30 cm, the firmness was the same. The soluble solids content was the highest at the hill height of 30 cm and the smallest at the hill height of 20 cm.
