Povzetek
Na Fakulteti za kmetijstvo in biosistemske vede smo v letu 2018 v kalilni komori izvajali kalilni poskus s semeni trave (mnogocvetne ljuljke (Lolium multiflorum Lam.)) in metuljnice (bele detelje (Trifolium repens L.)). Namen je bil proučiti, kako različne koncentracije goveje gnojevke (100 %, 50 %, 25 %) in čas namočenosti (14, 28, 42, 56, 70 in 84 dni) vplivajo na njihovo kalitev. Semena obeh rastlinskih vrst so z daljšanjem obdobja namočenosti izgubljala kalivost. Pri parametrih MGT-, FDG- in LDG-vrednosti skozi daljšanje obdobja namočenosti naraščajo, vendar pri teh nižje vrednosti pomenijo hitrejšo kalitev semen oziroma hitrejši začetek in zaključek kalitve. Bela detelja je najhitreje kalila v nerazredčeni gnojevki, mnogocvetna ljuljka pa v obeh razredčenih gnojevkah. S podaljševanjem časa namočenosti je končna kalivost semen pri mnogocvetni ljuljki najbolj upadala v nerazredčeni gnojevki, pri beli detelji pa je koncentracija gnojevke skozi čas namočenosti na kalitev semen delovala različno. Po 84 dneh namočenosti je seme bele detelje popolnoma izgubilo kalivost, seme mnogocvetne ljuljke pa je v istem časovnem obdobju obdržalo višjo končno kalivost kot bela detelja.

In the year 2018 a germination experiment at the Faculty of Agriculture and Life Sciences was conducted by using seeds of grasses (Italian ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum Lam.)) and legumes (white clover (Trifolium repens L.)) in a germination chamber. The purpose of the experiment was to determine the impact of different slurry concentrations (100%, 50%, 25%) and soaking time (14, 28, 42, 56, 70 and 84 days) on the germination of the mentioned plant species. By increasing the soaking time, seed germination of both plant species was reduced. However, the values of MGT-, FDG- and LDG-parameters have increased during the prolongation of the soaking time, but for these lower values means faster germination of seeds or faster start and finish of germination. White clover seeds had the highest final germination percentage in undiluted slurry, while the germination of Italian ryegrass was the highest in both diluted slurrys. With the prolonging of the soaking time the most decreasing final seed germination of Italian ryegrass occured in undiluted slurry. In contrary, interaction of slurry concentration and the soaking time of seeds has had very different effect on the germination of white clover seeds. After 84 days of soaking, white clover seeds completely lost germination, while the seeds of Italian ryegrass retained the higher germination than seeds of white clover during the same soaking time period. |
