Povzetek

V diplomskem delu obravnavamo problematiko visoke porabe vode v industriji na specifičnem primeru. V diplomskem delu smo opisali industrijsko avtomatizacijo, krmilni sistem in delovanje PLK krmilnikov. Opisali smo tudi različne programske jezike, s katerimi lahko programiramo PLK krmilnike. V diplomskem delu se spoznamo tudi s programskima orodjema WebAccess Designer, ki služi oblikovanju HMI zaslonov, in LOGO! Soft Comfort V8.2, ki je namenjen programiranju krmilnika LOGO SOFT!. Problematiko visoke porabe vode smo poskusili rešiti s ponovno uporabo vode: vodo najprej spustimo skozi elemente, katere hladi, in jo šele nato porabimo v proizvodnji. Rešitev smo izvedli s PLK krmilnikom LOGO SOFT!. Za potrebe vizualizacije delovanja sistema ima sistem tudi HMI vmesnik, ki nam omogoča spreminjanje vrednosti, pri katerih se sprožijo posamezni opozorilni signali. S pomočjo avtomatiziranega procesa smo zmanjšali porabo vode s 300 m3 na delovni dan na 150 m3. To smo uspeli narediti tako, da smo vodo uporabili najprej za hlajenje in šele nato v tehnološkem procesu. S tem pa smo vodo tudi segreli na bolj primerno temperaturo za tehnološki proces.

Sekundarni povzetek: In the bachelor’s thesis, we deal with the issue of high water consumption in industry on a specific case. In the bachelor’s thesis, we presented industrial automation, control system and operation of PLC controllers. In addition, we presented various programming languages for programming PLC controllers. In the bachelor’s thesis, we also get acquainted with two software tools: WebAccess Designer for designing HMI screens and LOGO! Soft Comfort V8.2, which is designed for programming the LOGO SOFT! controller. We tried to solve the issue of high water consumption by reusing water: first, we let the water flow through the elements that it cools down, and only after that, we use it in production. The solution was implemented with the PLC controller LOGO SOFT!. For the purpose of visualization of the functioning of the system, the system also has an HMI interface, which allows us to change the values for triggering warning signals. Using an automated process, we reduced water consumption from 300 m3 per working day to 150 m3. We managed to achieve this by first using water for cooling and then for the technological process. Thus, we also warmed the water to a more suitable temperature for the technological process.
