Sekundarni povzetek: In the following master thesis, we focus on the validation of the new Working conditions and work-related well-being questionnaire, written in Slovene. The concept of the questionnaire is based on the theory of job design, specifically, on the of job demands and resources model. The questionnaire consists of the main section, which refers to the job demands and resources, and the supplementary section that refers to work-related well-being. In addition to the validation questionnaire, we included a single item measure of job satisfaction, the questionnaires BAT, UWES-9 and the Job demands and resources questionnaire into the evaluation package. We gathered data from a sample group consisting of 306 employees (147 male and 159 female), aged between 22 and 66 years. For the purpose of testing the factor structure of the questionnaire, we performed a principal component analysis, separately for both sections of the questionnaire, which was followed by a confirmatory factor analysis of both sections. We excluded 6 items from the main section of the questionnaire and, latterly, adopted a 24-dimensional model with three secondary factors. In the part related to work-related well-being, we confirmed the initially presupposed 7 primary factors with one overriding secondary factor. We verified the reliability and the structural and convergent validity and confirmed the hypotheses on the correlation of the subdimensions of the validated questionnaire with the results of the BAT and UWES-9 questionnaires, the job satisfaction evaluation and with the subdimensions of the Job demands and resources questionnaire. The minor deviations in the correlations and the reasoning on these deviations is discussed in the chapter containing our interpretations, where we also argument the reasons for the omission of certain variables and highlight some potentially problematic items. The questionnaire is therefore a reliable and valid instrument for determining the work conditions and work-related well-being of employees in larger organizations.
