Povzetek
Družinska podjetja predstavljajo specifično obliko podjetništva in so v sodobnem gospodarstvu vedno pogostejša. Odnosi v tovrstnih podjetjih so bili od nekdaj komplicirani zaradi prepletanja družinskih in poslovnih vezi. Slabi odnosi med zaposlenimi, bodisi družinskimi, bodisi nedružinskimi člani, v podjetjih predstavljajo resen problem za poslovanje podjetja. Boljši kot so odnosi, višja je stopnja motiviranosti, zavzetosti, pripadnosti in produktivnosti.
Z lastno raziskavo smo s pomočjo intervjujev v družinskem podjetju iskali odgovore na sedem raziskovalnih vprašanj, ki so se nanašala na odnose med zaposlenimi, konflikte ter razlikovanje oziroma privilegiranje zaposlenih, ki so družinski člani, in tistih, ki niso družinski člani. Zanimalo nas je tudi, če so dobri družinski odnosi pogoj za uspešnost družinskega podjetja in ali odnosi med zaposlenimi vplivajo na zadovoljstvo pri delu, kakovost dela in poslovne rezultate.
Ugotovili smo, da direktor ne dela razlik med zaposlenimi ter da morajo biti v gospodarskih družbah vsi člani enakopravni. Kljub temu smo ugotovili, da so pričakovanja od zaposlenih, ki so družinski člani, in tistih, ki niso, drugačna, saj se mnogo več zahteva in pričakuje od zaposlenih, ki so v sorodstvu.
Kot je vsaka družina različna, tako se med seboj razlikujejo tudi družinska podjetja. Vsako je edinstveno. Področje je izjemno aktualno in zajema prepletanje znanstvenega, strokovnega in praktičnega pristopa.
Raziskano podjetje posluje uspešno in se uspešno sooča z izzivi, ki jih prinaša družinsko podjetništvo. Ugotavljamo, da imajo pozitivni odnosi lahko pozitiven učinek na poslovanje podjetja. Če bodo odnosi med zaposlenimi dobri, bo nižja stopnja fluktuacije, kar podjetju posledično znižuje stroške in omogoča varčevanje s časom ter energijo.

Family owned businesses represent a specific form of entrepreneurship and are increasingly common in the modern economy. Relations in these kinds of businesses have always been complex, due to the intersection of family and business connections. Weak relations between employees, whether family members or non – family members represent a serious problem for the business of the company. The better the relations are, the higher motivation, commitment, loyalty and productivity is.
Through our research with interviews, we sought answers to seven research questions, related to employee relations, conflict at the workplace and the differentiation or benefits of employees between family members and non – family members. We were also interested in whether good family relationships are a precondition for the success of a family business and whether employee relations affect job satisfaction, quality of work and business results.
We have found that the director of the researched company does not distinguish between employees and that all members of the company must be equal. Nevertheless, we have found that the expectations from employed family members and non – family members are not much different, but much more is required and expected from employees, which are related with the director of the company.
Just as each family is different, family business also differ and each one is unique. The field is extremely topical and involves a great deal of intertwining of such a scientific, professional and practical approach.
The researched company operates successfully and faces the challenges that family entrepreneurship brings. We found that positive relations can have a positive effect on the business of the company. If workplace relations are good, there will be a lower level of fluctuation, which in turn will reduce the costs of the company and will save time and energy. |
