Povzetek

Cilj vsakega podjetja je rast in to ne le s poslovnega vidika temveč tudi prostornega, kar pomeni, da se veča število zaposlenih in številu projektov, ki se razvijajo v podjetju. Vse te vrste rasti lahko v podjetju povzročijo veliko težav, kot so neorganiziranost ter izgubljanje sledljivosti nad vsemi projekti. Težave lahko podjetje pripeljejo do izgube strank, saj zaradi zamud izgubijo zaupanje v vanj. To je le ena od težav, ki vodijo podjetje v slabo poslovanje, zato se v izogib temu mora vodstvo podjetja odločiti za različne korake reševanja težav in eden teh je izdelava informacijskega sistema za vodenje projektov. Cilj diplomskega dela je zgraditi informacijski sistem za vodenje, analiziranje in sledenje vsem projektom v podjetju Lipro, d. o. o., katerega poglavitna dejavnost je izdelovanje aluminijastih produktov, kot so delovne mize, tekoči trakovi, transportni sistemi itd. Končni rezultat je delujoč informacijski sistem, ki je bil izdelan izključno za navedeno podjetje, ter izoblikovan tako, da je prijazen uporabniku. Sistem je bil testiran s strani uporabnikov in uspešno sprejet v uporabo.

Sekundarni povzetek:	The goal of the diploma work is to create an information system for managing projects in the company Lipro d.o.o., whose main activity is the production of aluminium products such as work tables, conveyor belts, transport systems, etc. Every year the company grows, not only from a business point of view, but also from the spatial, by number of employees and by the number of projects that are being developed in the company. These problems the company may lead to serious problems such as loss of customers because they lose our trust, because their orders delayed the agreed deadline. This is just one of the problems that the company is leading in bad business. Therefore, in order to avoid such problems, the company's management has to decide on the various steps of problem solving, and one of them is the creation of an information management system for project management. The goal of the thesis is the information system, which was designed for managing, analysing and tracking all projects in the company. The end result is a functioning information system that is designed exclusively for that company and is designed to be user-friendly. The company as a whole forms several phases such as: sales, order confirmation, planning, development, etc. Each phase has to write data which provides information to the next phase, which is important for the next decision in the project development process. All the phases and tools that are used to create the information system will be described below.
