Povzetek
V diplomski nalogi sem preučil teoretičen del toplotne obdelave cementiranja v vakuumski peči proizvajalca Secowarwick in atmosferski peči proizvajalca Codere, ki ju uporabljajo v podjetju Miheu d.o.o. Podjetje se ukvarja s toplotno in strojno obdelavo kovin. Najprej sem preučil postopke toplotne obdelave, to so kaljenje, popuščanje, normaliziranje, žarjenje, poboljšanje in cementacijsko kaljenje. Nato sem se posvetil faznima diagramoma Fe-Fe3C in Fe-C ter difuziji. Sledil je podroben opis delovanja vakuumske peči in njenih segmentov. Poleg tega sem se posvetil tudi programski opremi in uporabniški prijaznosti peči. Trenutno so vakuumske peči v ospredju pri izboljšavah lastnosti jekla. Opisal sem tudi delovanje linije z atmosferskima pečema. Sledil je eksperimentalni del, kjer sem si zastavil cilj ugotoviti, katera peč je boljša v ekonomskem in kvalitetnem vidiku. Opisal sem lastnosti uporabljenih materialov in potek meritev ter rezultate med seboj primerjal. V diplomski nalogi sem predstavil tudi programe, ki sem jih uporabil za obdelavo materialov. Diplomska naloga je potrdila moje domneve, da je toplotna obdelava v vakuumski peči časovno hitrejša, z njo dosegamo visoko ponovljivost rezultatov, dosegamo enakomerno globino cementiranja in enostavno cementiranje obdelovancev kompliciranih oblik. Obdelava v vakuumski peči je tudi čistejša in ne povzroča oksidacijske plasti na materialu, za razliko od atmosferske peči, kjer dosegamo večjo prekaljivost materiala, saj je olje boljše hladilno sredstvo od plina.

In my diploma thesis, I examined the theoretical part of heat treatment of cementation in a vacuum furnace made by Secowarwick and in an atmosphere furnace made by Codere. The furnaces are being used in the company Miheu d.o.o. The company is involved in the heat and mechanical treatment of metals. In the first part of my thesis, I examine the following heat treatments: quenching, tempering, normalization, annealing, tempering and cementation hardening. In the second part I examine the Fe-Fe3C and Fe-C phase diagrams, as well as diffusion. The next part offers a detailed description of vacuum furnaces and their segments. In this part, I closely examine the software used and ease of use of the furnace. Presently, the vacuum furnaces are the most useful in the world, because of the improvement of the mechanical properties of steel. I also describe the operation of the production line of atmosphere furnaces. In the experimental part of my thesis, the aim was to find which furnace was better in terms of economy and quality. I described the characteristics of the materials used, and the process of taking measurements, which I also compared. My thesis also introduces the software I used for materials processing. My work confirmed my presumption that the heat treatment in a vacuum furnace is faster, can be used to get high repeatability of results, it can get a more even depth of cementation, and easier cementation of objects of complex shapes. Treatment in vacuum furnace is cleaner than in an atmosphere furnace, and does not cause an oxidation layer on the surface of steel. However, an atmosphere furnace can reach better temper of the material because oil is a better refrigerant than gas. |
