Povzetek

Uvod: Sodelovanje služb nujne medicinske pomoči in dispečerske službe zdravstva pripomore k boljšemu dostopnemu času enot nujne medicinske pomoči v primeru življenjsko ogrožajočih stanj pri pacientih. Metode: Za teoretična izhodišča magistrskega dela smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo zbiranja podatkov in analizo pridobljenih podatkov s pregledom strokovne in znanstvene literature v slovenskem in angleškem jeziku.

Sekundarni naslov: Organisation of the grid locations of automatic external defibrillators in the areas of slovenia and connection with the health dispatch center
Sekundarni povzetek: The cooperation of emergency medical assistance services and the dispatchers' healthcare service contributes to a better access time for emergency medical assistance units in the case of life-threatening situations in patients. With the introduction of the automatic external defibrilators network in Slovenia, an overview of the available automatic external defibrilator appliances at the moment of cardiac arrest and use thereof is also enabled. Research methods: For the theoretical baseline of the master thesis, we used a descriptive method of data collection and analysis of the data obtained by reviewing professional and scientific literature in Slovene and English. We used the COBISS, Cinahl, EBSCOhost, EBSCOebook, SAGE and ScienceDirect databases to search for literature. Retrospective survey was based on a quantitative methodology. Results: The analysis of the research sample was held in the primary area of mobile units of emergency team Ljubljana, which manages medical dispatch center Ljubljana and included 154 telephone recordings of cardiac congestion. In the data analysis, we discovered that the maximum number of cardiac congestions occurred in the 61 to 70 years age group. In 16 cases the callers used an automatic external defibrilator which means 84.2% and only in 3 cases did not use it which means that it was not used in 15.8% of cases. Of the 154 cardiac congestions, in 130 cases the implementation of chest compresion was carried out as instructed by the medical dispatcher which means that in 84.4% of cases the chest compression was performed as instructed by the medical dispatcher. Conclusion: We find that in 16 cases (84%) cardiac congestion was used by the called automatic external defibrilator and only in 3 cases of cardiac congestion it was not used, despite the fact that the callers knew where to find it and that they could use it. The results are good and we believe that with the quality of the automatic external defibrilator network, the percentage can be further increased.
