magistrsko delo
Povzetek
Judo je zelo hitro razvijajoč moderni šport. V Sloveniji vse več oseb s posebnimi potrebami (v nadaljevanju OPP) trenira in tekmuje v judu.
Zbrali smo različne vire in pregledali razvoj inkluzivnega juda. Spoznali smo, da imamo v Sloveniji narejenih nekaj raziskav s tega področja, vendar nismo zasledili raziskave časovne analize judo borbe. V magistrskem delu smo pregledali, katero diagnostiko uporabljamo v judu in pojasnili, zakaj je diagnostika pomembna.
V magistrskem delu smo analizirali judo borbe 1. državnega prvenstva inkluzivnega juda. Zanimala nas je časovna struktura borb inkluzivnega juda. Raziskali smo, katere elemente juda uporabljajo, koliko različnih elementov uporabljajo in kolikokrat se ti elementi pojavijo. Raziskali smo, koliko različnih metov in končnih prijemov uporabljajo v inkluzivnem judu in njihovo pogostost.

Match analysis of inclusive judo for people with special needs |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
Judo is a fast-growing and modern sport. In Slovenia, more and more people with special needs train and compete in judo. This rapid development of inclusive judo led us to explore this area.
In theory, we reviewed everything from motion and impact of sport on people with special needs to judo itself. In judo, we reviewed structure of the sport and saw the benefits of it for people with special needs. In Slovenia people with special needs are engaging in inclusive judo for 20 years. We searched for different references and reviewed the development of inclusive judo. We realized that in Slovenia we have some researches of inclusive judo, but there isn’t any that would focus on the time analysis of inclusive judo matches. In master’s thesis we reviewed which diagnostics methods are used in judo and explained the importance of it.
In master's thesis, we analyzed judo fights of 1st national championship of inclusive judo. We were interested in the fights time structure of inclusive judo. We researched which judo elements are used, how many different elements and how often these elements appear. We examined how many different throws and hold–down techniques are used in inclusive judo fight and their frequencies. We analyzed all stand-up fights. In the study, 33 competitors participated, from which 9 were women and 24 were men. We analyzed all 42 standing matches, from that 11 were women’s and 31 were men’s.
The analysis showed that the time structure of the judo match of people with special needs is different from that of general population. The ratio between attack and rest is 1.1:1 in inclusive judo. It’s important that the training process is adapted to this ratio. In research we found that judokas in inclusive judo use 13 different techniques, from which 9 are throws and 4 are hold–down techniques. We also researched the frequency of use of those technical judo elements. In inclusive judo fights judokas most often use three throws (Osoto O Toshi, Ko Soto Gake in Seoi Otosi) and one hold–down technique (Kesa Gatame). Judo match is fast and energy-consuming, so it’s crucial to end the fight as soon as you can and preserve energy for further fights. Almost all fights ended before the end of regular time with ippon (78.8 % of matches). There are also no statistically significant differences between men and women in the use of technical elements and in the time structure of a fight. |
