Sekundarni povzetek: The evaluation of information systems represents an important step in every business and can be carried out in various life cycles of any project. Based on the evaluation results, we can decide on follow-up steps and corrections. We can check already implemented decisions or make other corrections. In my master's thesis, I presented the evaluation of the purchase of the information system module for the registration of employees' working time and its results. Through the thesis, I presented the theoretical base of recording working time in general and what the requirements in this regard for education organizations in Slovenia are. I researched the theory about evaluation itself, its methods, and which of them are most appropriate for this field. I evaluated two steps: when implementing the information system in the organization and after one year of use, and compared them with each other.
