Učenci so slišali 12 skladb; tri ljudske pesmi so bile prirejene vsaka v štirih različnih zvrsteh.

Sekundarni naslov: Adaptations of selected folk songs and their popularity among elementary education students
Sekundarni povzetek: Each person has their own music taste that they shape throughout the years. The purpose of our research for the Masters thesis was to select three suitable Slovenian folk songs, rearrange them, and invite various music experts to participate in the research as well as include their own arrangements in the research part of the thesis. The main purpose of the research part was to study the popularity of the chosen folk songs. The study included 240 students from four primary schools in the Savinjska region. Testing of the popularity of the chosen folk songs was guided, gradual and included intermediate explanations through anonymous survey questionnaires, which were distributed among primary school pupils from 1st to 5th grade. Pupils listened to 12 songs - the three folk songs had four different arrangements each. The types of arrangements that the pupils had listened to were an Orff instrumentation arrangement, a euphonium-tuba quartet arrangement, an orchestral arrangement and a volksmusik arrangement. Therefore, we invited the following music experts to participate in the research: Sergej Rupreht, professor of solo singing, Martin Juhart, music graduate and tubist, Nejc Merc, Master of Music and assistant at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana, and Kaja Humski, a Master's student of Elementary education at The Faculty of Education in Maribor. Pupils decided which of the arrangements was their favorite and which was the element that convinced them the most in a particular song. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences between pupils of first and second educational period in the popularity of rearrangements of selected folk songs, as well as between girls and boys from 1st to 5th grade of primary school. We also found statistically significant differences in the choice of elements that made them choose their favorite arrangement, while we did not find any statistically significant differences between boys and girls.
