Povzetek
Informacijsko-komunikacijska tehnologija (IKT) nas zadnja desetletja pomembno in zvesto spremlja na vsakem koraku in pripomore k oblikovanju našega vsakdana. Zaradi hitro spreminjajoče se tehnologije se moramo tako posamezniki kot podjetja, ki želijo biti v koraku s časom, prilagajati. V današnjem času že skorajda ni zaposlenega, ki ne bi bil primoran uporabljati tehnologijo tako v službi kot v prostem času (računalnik, pametni telefoni ipd.). Vsako večje podjetje je v teh časih v svoje poslovanje že vključilo (delno ali pa v celoti) elektronsko izobraževanje. Ta vrsta izobraževanja je pomembna predvsem zaradi lažje izvedbe izobraževanj in usposabljanj za podjetja, ki imajo zelo razgibana in različna delovna mesta. Tovrstna (elektronska) izobraževanja pripomorejo k zmanjševanju stroškov izobraževanj in k hitrejši ter kakovostnejši izvedbi izobraževanj.
Magistrsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela. V prvem delu so predstavljena teoretična izhodišča za obravnavano temo, v drugem delu pa je analiza izbranih orodij. V uvodnem poglavju so opisani namen, cilji in hipoteze raziskave ter predvidene metode, po katerih smo se orientirali med izdelavo magistrskega dela.
V drugem poglavju sta podrobneje opisana razvoj in izobraževanje kadrov. Najprej so opredeljeni osnovni pojmi, kaj razvoj in izobraževanje kadrov sploh predstavljata, nato pa sta opisani vloga in pomen izobraževanja kadrov tako za organizacijo kot tudi za posameznika. Opredeljeni so modeli procesa izobraževanja, kako se sploh lotiti izvajanj izobraževanj, nato pa so opisane različne metode in oblike izobraževanja, ki se uporabljajo v podjetjih.
Tretje poglavje smo namenili razlagi, kaj je e-izobraževanje in opisu začetkov e-izobraževanja. Nato so predstavljene oblike in vrste elektronskega izobraževanja ter prednosti in slabosti le-tega. Na koncu tretjega poglavja so opisana še orodja, ki so dostopna na slovenskem trgu.
V četrtem poglavju smo podrobneje opisali izbrano podjetje, tj. Pošta Slovenije, d. o. o. O podjetju smo zapisali osnovne informacije in raziskali, kako se je podjetje razvijalo skozi zgodovino. Kasneje smo navedli, kakšno je trenutno stanje izobraževanj v podjetju (kakšne metode in oblike izobraževanj uporabljajo) ter kakšne načrte in strategije snujejo za prihodnost. Na koncu četrtega poglavja smo izdelali še tabelo, s katero prikazujemo zahteve in pričakovanja podjetja pri uvedbi e-izobraževanja.
V petem poglavju smo predstavili izbrana orodja za elektronsko izobraževanje. Na podlagi izdelane tabele in kriterijev smo jih nato opisali ter jih na koncu poglavja med seboj primerjali.

Information and communication technology (ICT) is an important and constant part of our lives that helps forming our day-to-day life for the past few decades. Not only do we as individuals have to constantly adapt to the ever-changing technology, but also, and even more so, do the companies that want to keep up with the times. Nowadays, the majority of people know how to use technology either at work or during free time (computers, smartphones, etc.). Every larger contemporary company incorporated electronic learning (partially or wholly) into their business. This kind of learning and training are important mainly because their performance is easier for companies with highly diverse and various workplaces. Such (electronic) learning is also useful when it comes to its expense reduction as well as its quicker and quality performance.
This master’s thesis is divided into two segments. The first one presents theoretical bases for the main theme, and the second segment offers the analysis of the selected tools. The first and introductory chapter describes the purpose, aims, and hypotheses of the research as well as the predicted methods that helped us navigate the work.
The second chapter details the development and education of personnel. First, we defined the basic terminology and explained what does the development and education of personnel even represent, then we described the role and meaning of educating personnel for the organization as well as its significance for an individual. Next, we defined learning process models and explained how to even begin with carrying out these types of learning. And lastly, we described different learning methods and forms used in certain companies.
We dedicated the third chapter to the description and explanation of what an e-learning is and what are its origins. Then we introduced forms and types of electronic learning as well as its advantages and weaknesses. At the end of the third chapter, we also described the tools available on the Slovenian market.
In the fourth chapter, we detailed the selected company, Pošta Slovenije, d. o. o.. We wrote a few basic information about the company and mentioned the way this company evolved throughout history. Later, we disclosed the current learning situation in the company (what kind of methods and forms of learning are they using) and elaborated on what are their plans and strategies for the future. At the end of the fourth chapter, we compiled a table that shows what are the company’s demands and expectations of the introduction of e-learning.
In the fifth chapter, we examined three tools for electronic learning. We described and compared them at the end of the chapter, based on the previously compiled table and set criteria. |
