Povzetek

Magistrsko delo prikazuje spremljanje in analizo zastojev na proizvodni liniji pretisnih omotov v času uvajanja novega načina pakiranja, t. i. tehnologije Track&Trace (T&T). Osnovni namen tehnologije Track&Trace je boljše sledenje in preprečitev možnosti ponarejanja zdravil. Hkrati smo v okviru magistrskega dela spremljali implementacijo orodij vitke proizvodnje v izbrano farmacevtsko podjetje. Prav tako smo ob koncu spremljanja proizvodnje dosegli skoraj isto vrednost OAE v primerjavi s tisto pred nadgradnjo proizvodne linije pretisnih omotov.

Sekundarni naslov: Analysis of congestion on the blister line and suggestions for improvements
Sekundarni povzetek: The master's thesis shows the monitoring and analysis of congestions on the production line of blisters during the introduction of a new packaging method - Track&Trace technology. The basic purpose of the Track&Trace technology was to better track and prevent the possibility of drug counterfeiting. At the same time, the implementation of lean manufacturing tools in a selected pharmaceutical company was monitored as part of the master's thesis. As part of the thesis, suggestions for improvements that were necessary due to the new problems during the implementation of Track&Trace were developed and introduced into production. We monitored the quantities produced and the OAE indicator, as well as evaluated congestions and introduced improvements. We wanted to achieve a larger number of manufactured quantities using Track & Trace technology and at least the same value of the OAE indicator as before the line upgrade. The results show that at the beginning of the introduction of the new technology, the produced quantity and the OAE decreased as expected, and after one and a half years we achieved an average higher number of Track&Trace products per month compared to conventional production. We also achieved almost the same percentage of OAE at the end of the production monitoring, compared to that before the upgrade of the blister production line.
