(diplomsko delo)
Izveden je bil sistematični pregled znanstvene in strokovne literature. Literaturo smo iskali v podatkovnih bazah PubMed, MEDLINE, ScienceDirect, Wiley Online Library in SAGE Journals, glede na vključitvene in izključitvene kriterije. Pri tem smo upoštevali smernice in prikazali potek iskanja virov s PRISMA diagramom. Rezultate smo predstavili opisno.
Rezultati: V analizo in pregled smo vključili 26 člankov.

Medical treatment of pregnant women in primary Healthcare during the COVID-19 epidemic |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
Introduction: COVID-19 is a contagious disease, which has spread in our country as well as all over the world and has caused a global pandemic presenting a risk to the whole population, including pregnant women. The purpose of our research was to observe the treatment of pregnant women in the primary healthcare in the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, in our country and around the world.
Methodology: The diploma paper is based on the descriptive method. We have searched for literature in the databases PubMed, MEDLINE, ScienceDirect, Wiley Online Library and SAGE Journals, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Therefore, we have considered the guidelines and presented the process of collecting sources with the help of the PRISMA diagram. We have presented the findings in descriptive form.
Results: We have analyzed and examined 26 articles. We have found out, that pregnant women were scared and worried during the COVID-19 pandemic, because they did not know how the contagion with SARS-CoV-2 would affect them, their children, the health treatment in the primary healthcare, their everyday life and their mental health, because of the constant change of measures and advice. The authors emphasize to respect the preventive measures to contain the spread of COVID-19 infections.
Discussion and Conclusion: The examination of literature on the topic pregnancy in the pandemic of COVID-19 shows fear, stress and anxiety and the transfer of some pregnancy treatment to telemedicine. Unfortunately, pregnant women and children could not stay unaffected by the infection of the SARS-CoV-2. The vertical transmission has already been proven, nevertheless the possibility of the proof is still uncertain and needs further research. The transmission with the COVID-19 still remains a big riddle, that is why further researches in the future are necessary. |
