Povzetek

V okviru diplomskega dela smo s 25 otroki, starimi 5-6 let, izdelali lutkovno predstavo z naslovom Z vetrom gremo na potep na tematiko gozd, in tako poglobili znanje otrok o posameznih drevesnih vrstah (bukev, hrast, kostanj, breza). Zanimalo nas je, ali priprava lutkovne predstave pripomore k povečanju znanja in prepoznavanju posameznih drevesnih vrst za otroke. Pred začetkom priprave lutkovne predstave smo preverili znanje otrok o prepoznavanju posameznih drevesnih vrst. Otroci so prepoznavali elemente dreves, natančneje liste, plodove in skorje izbranih drevesnih vrst. Zasnovali smo 7 priprav za pripravo lutkovne predstave. Otroci so v skupinah izdelovali posamezne drevesne lutke iz naravnih materialov izbranih drevesnih vrst, ki so predstavljale drevesa. Pripravili smo tudi sceno in lutkovno predstavo glasbeno opremili. Lutkovne predstave zaradi epidemije COVID-19 nismo uspeli dokončati. Napredek v povečanju znanja o prepoznavanju posameznih drevesnih vrst smo preverili s kamero. Ponovnega preverjanja znanja se je udeležilo 13 otrok. Na podlagi 13 otrok smo ugotovili, da je priprava lutkovne predstave pripomogla k povečanju znanja in prepoznavanju posameznih drevesnih vrst, saj so otroci pred pripravo lutkovne predstave v povprečju prepoznali več kot tri elemente, medtem ko so isti otroci po izdelani lutkovni predstavi v povprečju prepoznali skoraj osem elementov drevesnih vrst.

Sekundarni povzetek: As part of the diploma thesis, we made a puppet show with 25 children aged 5-6, entitled With the wind we go for a ramble to the theme of the forest and thus deepen children's knowledge of individual tree species (beech, oak, chestnut, birch). We were interested in whether the preparation of a puppet show helps to increase knowledge and identify individual tree species for children. Before starting the preparation of the puppet show, we tested the children's knowledge of recognizing individual tree species. The children recognized the elements of the trees, specifically the leaves, fruits and bark of the selected tree species. We designed 7 preparations for the puppet show performance. In groups, the children made individual tree puppets from natural materials of selected tree species that represented the trees. We also prepared the stage and equipped the puppet show with music. Due to the covid-19 epidemic, we were unable to complete the puppet show. Progress in increasing knowledge on the identification of individual tree species was performed with a camera. 13 children took part in the re-examination. Based on a sample of 13 children, we found that the preparation of a puppet show helped to increase knowledge and identify individual tree species. Namely, before the preparation of the puppet show, the children recognized on average more than three elements, and after the puppet show, the same children recognized on average almost eight elements of tree species.
