Povzetek
V našem diplomskem delu smo izpostavili problem oziroma pomembnost ciljno usmerjenega usposabljanja zaposlenih skozi njihovo celotno delovno dobo. Zanimalo nas je, ali bi velika podjetja z načrtnim, sprotnim usposabljanjem svojih zaposlenih lahko obdržala zaposlene delavce, da ne bi odhajali iz podjetij. V tem primeru prav tako ne bi bilo potrebno iskati novih delavcev, kar je glede na to, da se bodo podjetja kmalu soočala s pomanjkanjem delovne sile, velika prednost. Prednost v stalnem usposabljanju, ali celo prestrukturiranju, svojih zaposlenih vidimo v tem, da ljudje, ki so zaposleni v podjetju dlje časa, podjetje zelo dobro poznajo in se zato posledično hitreje usposobijo za določeno delo ter prej samostojno začnejo opravljati svoje delo.
Na podlagi prebrane literature smo opredelili pojme, povezane z izobraževanjem, usposabljanjem in izpopolnjevanjem. Na koncu teoretičnega dela naloge smo predstavili kadrovsko funkcijo v podjetju X ter kako poteka izobraževanje, usposabljanje in izpopolnjevanje v tem podjetju ter vpliv managementa.
Skozi raziskavo, ki smo jo izvedli znotraj diplomskega dela, smo želeli ugotoviti, ali in kako zelo vpliva usmerjeno usposabljanje na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na delovnem mestu, na kvaliteto njihovega dela in obvladovanje sprememb pri njihovem delu.
Glede na prebrano literaturo in rezultate naše raziskovalne naloge menimo, da ciljno usmerjeno usposabljanje vpliva na delo zaposlenih in njihovo počutje znotraj podjetja in bi lahko pripomoglo pri tem, da delovna sila ne bi zapuščala podjetij in države.

In our diploma thesis, we highlighted the problem or the importance of targeted training of employees throughout their years of service. We were interested in whether large companies, with the planned, ongoing training of their employees, could keep employees in order not to leave. In this case, it also wouldn't be necessary to look for new workers, which is a great advantage given that companies will soon face labour shortages. We see the advantage in continuous training, or even restructuring, of employees in the fact that people who have been employed in the company for a long time, know the company very well and therefore train for a certain job and start doing their work independently, faster.
Based on the literature read, we defined concepts related to education, training and advanced training. At the end of the theoretical part of the thesis, we presented the personnel function in company X and how education, training and further training in this company and the impact of management on that.
Through the research that we conducted within the thesis, we wanted to determine whether and how much targeted training affects employee job satisfaction, the quality of their work and managing changes in their work.
Based on the literature read and the results of our research project, we believe that targeted training affects the work of employees and their well-being within the company and could help ensure that the workforce does not leave companies and the state. |
