Povzetek

Magistrsko delo z naslovom Glasba za otroške zbore skladatelja Tomaža Habeta govori o življenju in delu slovenskega skladatelja Tomaža Habeta. V prvem delu so raziskani pomembni mejniki v skladateljevem življenju ter osebe, ki so vplivale nanj na njegovi ustvarjalni poti, različna področja delovanja, saj se je skladatelj poleg skladanja ukvarjal tudi s poustvarjanjem in pedagoškim delom ter širok opus del za različne sestave. Drugi del magistrske naloge predstavlja pomemben del skladateljevega ustvarjanja, ki ga je posvetil otrokom in mladini. Predstavljena so teoretična izhodišča za razvoj glasbenih sposobnosti, ki jih otroci pridobijo ob prepevanju otroških pesmi ter pomen skladateljevega dela, ki je s svojimi deli pomagal glasbeno izobraziti generacije otrok. Sledi predstavitev vseh skladateljevih zbirk za otroške zbore, kjer je poseben poudarek na podrobnejši analizi njegove najnovejše izdane zbirke Zvezdice, zvezde, sonce, planeti.

Sekundarni povzetek:	This M.A. thesis entitled Music for children's choirs by composer Tomaž Habe is about the life and work of Slovenian composer Tomaž Habe. The first part explores important milestones in the composer's life and the people who influenced him in his creative pat. Further on, different areas of his activity are dealt with, namely, Tomaž Habe as a composer, his work in reproduction and his pedagogical work, as well as his involve ment in a wide range of works for different compositions. The second part of the thesis discusses an important part of the composer's work, which he dedicated to children and the youth. Tomaž Habe has also been researhing the theoretical starting points for the development of musical abilities in children which are acquired by singing children songs. Last but not least, the thesis also discusses the importance of the composer's work, which helped educate generations of children musically. The last part of the thesis represents a presentation of all composer's collections for children's choirs, where special emphasis is placed on a more detailed analysis of his latest published collection Zvezdice, zvezde, sonce, planeti.
