Povzetek
V času praktičnega usposabljanja v podjetju odelo Slovenija d.o.o. sem se spoznal z orodji in metodami vitke proizvodnje, ki so implementirane v proizvodni proces podjetja, še posebej pa z orodjem, imenovanim analiza toka vrednosti. Gre za orodje, ki ga podjetje uporablja pri vsakem projektu, oziroma za vsak izdelek, ki ga izdeluje. Praktično usposabljanje sem opravljal ravno v času, ko so v podjetju iskali rešitve, ki bi pripomogle k optimizaciji proizvodnega procesa za enega od njihovih izdelkov. Tako sem bil neposredno vključen v proces analiziranja obstoječega stanja proizvodnje, temeljite preureditve proizvodnega sistema, kot tudi analiziranja posodobljenega stanja ter ugotavljanja smiselnosti implementiranih sprememb. Ob tem sem bil zadolžen predvsem za analiziranje in kartiranje toka informacij in materiala v proizvodnem procesu, pri čemer sem nato na podlagi rezultatov analize in ob pomoči zaposlenih v podjetju, prišel do ugotovitev, ki so služile kot smernice za reorganizacijo proizvodnega procesa. Ker so se za selitev in delitev montažne linije za določen izdelek, v podjetju odločili že pred izvedbo analize, sem slednjo izvedel predvsem za namen primerjave toka vrednosti pred in po delitvi ter selitvi linije, hkrati pa sem lahko izpostavil tudi izgube, v takrat obstoječem proizvodnem procesu in ugotovil, zakaj nastajajo. Te ugotovitve so nato med procesom preureditve montažne linije omogočale prilagoditve tudi na drugih točkah proizvodnega procesa. Z analiziranjem proizvodnega procesa po reorganizaciji proizvodnje, sem lahko skupaj z zaposlenimi v podjetju ocenil smiselnost implementiranih sprememb in prikazal dejansko stanje toka vrednosti po preureditvi proizvodnega procesa in s tem tudi možnosti za nadaljnjo optimizacijo procesa.

At the time of my internship at odelo Slovenija d.o.o. I got acquainted with the tools and methods of lean manufacturing, that are implemented in the company's manufacturing process, especially with the tool called Value Stream Analysis. It is the tool, that the company uses in each of their projects. At the time of my internship, the company was looking for solutions, to help optimize the production process of one of their products. Thus, I was directly involved in the process of analyzing the existing state of the production, reorganization of the production system, as well as analyzing the update state of the production and determining the feasibility of the implemented changes. In doing so, I was primarily responsible for analyzing and mapping the flow of the material and information through the production process. Based on the results of the analysis, myself and a few employees came to a conclusion, that then served as guideline for the reorganization of the production process. Since the decision, to relocate and divide the assembly line of a certain product, was made before I performed the anlysis, I performed the latter mainly fort he purpose of comparing the value stream before and after the reorganization of the production process. But at the same time, the analysis also enabled me to point out losses in the existing process and to find their sources. These findings, then enabled adjustments in other parts of the production process, while the rearrangement of the assembly line was ongoing. By analyzing the production process after the reorganization, myself and a small group of employees resposible for the reorganization, were able to assess the feasibilty of the implemented changes and understand the actual state of the value stream of the process after the reorganization, and also point out the possibilities for further process optimization. |
