Razmnoževanje pokrovnih vrtnic (Rosa sp. L) s potaknjenci

Povzetek

V študijskem letu 2021 smo proučevali razmnoževanje pokrovnih vrtnic z olesenelimi in zelenimi potaknjenci v zaščitenem prostoru. Namen diplomskega dela je bil proučiti vpliv termina potikanja, vrste potaknjenca ter rastnega regulatorja v 0,5 % koncentraciji na ukoreninjanje in morfološke lastnosti dveh sort pokrovnih vrtnic. Za potaknjence smo uporabili sorti 'The Fairy' in 'Rody'. Poskus smo izvedli v štirih terminih v rastlinjaku Fakultete za kmetijstvo in biosistemske vede Univerze v Mariboru. Ugotovili smo, da se uspešnost koreninjenja z dodajanjem rastnega regulatorja spreminja glede na termin potikanja. Tretiranje potaknjencev z rastnim regulatorjem je značilno vplivalo na večje število ukoreninjenih potaknjencev v drugem terminu, večjo maso pa so potaknjenci imeli v prvem terminu potikanja. Potaknjenci sorte 'The Fairy' so bolje korenili od sorte 'Rody', in sicer najbolje v prvem terminu, pri katerem smo dosegli 60 % ukoreninjenost potaknjencev.

Sekundarni povzetek:	In 2021, the propagation of ground cover roses with woody and green cuttings in a protected area was studied. The purpose of the thesis was to study the influence of term, cutting variety and the growth in a 0,5% concentration on the rooting and morphological properties of ground cover roses. Two rose variety cuttings were used, namely 'The Fairy' and 'Rody'. The experiment was conducted in four terms in the greenhouse. The cuttings were acquired from parent plants grown in the Botanical Garden of the University of Maribor in Pivola. Based on the results, it can be concluded, that the treatment of cuttings with a growth regulator had a significant effect on the number of rooted cuttings in the second term, and the greater mass off cuttings was observed in the first term. Cuttings of 'The Fairy' rooted significantly better than 'Rody'. The best rooting was achieved in the first term, where 60% of the cuttings developed roots.
