Povzetek
V doktorskem delu smo raziskovali možnosti za pridobivanje in povečanje digitalnih kompetenc dijakov v slovenski splošni gimnaziji. Digitalne kompetence sodijo med najbolj nujne kompetence v sodobni družbi in šola ima pri pridobivanju le-teh pomembne naloge.
Pripravili smo različne scenarije, ki omogočajo povečanje (pridobivanje) digitalnih kompetenc dijakov v splošni gimnaziji v Republiki Sloveniji, ter jih ocenili z modelom, ki smo ga razvili po metodi DEX (Decision EXpert), ki je večkriterijska, hierarhična, kvalitativna metoda za modeliranje odločitvenega znanja, in s programom DEXi. Ta model omogoča oceno primernosti in učinkovitosti izobraževalnih scenarijev za pridobivanje digitalnih kompetenc in upošteva tudi posebnosti v različnih okoljih.
V modelu smo pripravili, strukturirali in medsebojno povezali različne atribute, ki vplivajo na pridobivanje in povečanje digitalnih kompetenc. Pri izbiri atributov in izdelavi kriterijev so nam pomagali eksperti iz slovenskih izobraževalnih institucij, pri validaciji modela pa so sodelovali strokovnjaki iz slovenskih splošnih gimnazij.
Ustreznost modela smo validirali z anketiranjem strokovnjakov iz gimnazij in ugotovili, da popolnoma dosega načrtovane zahteve.
Opravili smo tudi oceno izvedbe programa posameznih gimnazij s stališča pridobivanja in povečanja digitalnih kompetenc dijakov in to v času pred prehodom na poučevanje na daljavo in v času poučevanja na daljavo ter tudi pri tej raziskavi ugotovili, da model ustrezno oceni stanje in spremembe in da se je v času prehoda šolanja na daljavo pridobivanje digitalnih kompetenc v splošnih gimnazijah izboljšalo za približno eno oceno na lestvici od 1 do 5..
Z modelom je mogoče zelo dobro oceniti različne scenarije in je lahko v pomoč pri uvajanju in optimizaciji sistema, ki omogoča pridobivanje in povečanje digitalnih kompetenc dijakov v gimnaziji.
Z ustrezno dopolnitvijo bi bilo model mogoče uporabiti tudi za ocenjevanje izobraževalnih scenarijev drugih izobraževalnih ustanov.

In the doctoral thesis, we explored the possibilities for acquiring and increasing digital competencies of students in the Slovenian general gimnazija. Digitised competencies are among the most necessary competencies in modern society, and the school has important tasks in acquiring them.
We prepared various scenarios that enable the increase (acquisition) of digital competencies of students in general gimnazija high schools in the Republic of Slovenia and evaluated them with a model developed by the DEX (Decision EXpert) method, which is a multi-criteria, hierarchical, qualitative method for modelling decision knowledge, and with the DEXi program. This model makes it possible to assess the suitability and effectiveness of educational scenarios for the acquisition of digital competencies, and it also takes into account the specifics of different environments.
In the model, we prepared, structured and mutually connected different attributes which affect acquiring and increasing of digital competencies. Experts from Slovenian educational institutions helped us with the selection of attributes and the development of criteria, while experts from Slovenian general gimnazija high schools participated in the validation of the model.
The adequacy of the model was validated by surveying experts from gimnazija schools and found to fully meet the planned requirements.
We also assessed the implementation of the program for individual schools from the point of view of acquiring and increasing digital competencies of students in the period before the transition to distance learning and in the period of distance learning, and this research also showed that the model appropriately assesses the situation and changes and that during the transition to distance acquisition of digital competencies in general, gimnazija high schools improved by about one grade (on the scale 1-5).
The model can very well assess different scenarios and can be helpful in introducing and optimising a system that allows students to acquire digital competencies in gimnazija.
With the appropriate amendment, the model could also be used to assess educational scenarios of other educational institutions. |
