Povzetek
Živimo v svetu nenehnega napredka in rasti, ki stremi k vse večji storilnosti posameznika v vse krajšem časovnem razponu. Posledično bi posameznik lahko več časa izkoristil za sproščanje, svoje bližnje in nenazadnje zase. A dogaja se ravno obratno. Vse pogosteje se tako kot odrasli tudi otroci in mladostniki soočajo s tegobo sodobnega sveta, imenovano stres.
Obdobje mladostništva je obdobje sprememb in prevzemanja navad in vzorcev, ki jih navadno posameznik ohrani tudi v kasnejših življenjskih obdobjih. Naloga športnega pedagoga je, da mladostnika usmerja in mu predstavi orodja, ki mu bodo v pomoč pri oblikovanju kvalitetnega življenjskega sloga. V nalogi smo odgovor na pomanjkanje sprostitve, tvegana vedenja mladih, telesno nedejavnost, posledično upad gibalnih sposobnosti in slabo samopodobo, poiskali v vadbi joge. Joga s svojimi tehnikami vpliva na telo celostno in pripomore k temu, da se posameznik poveže s svojim notranjim jazom. Na ta način se nauči skrbeti zase in svojo bit ter v svoj vsakdan lažje vpelje navade, ki podpirajo njegovo zdravje in se izogne škodljivim razvadam, ki bremenijo njegovo telo in duha.
Temeljni namen magistrskega dela je bil predstaviti program joge, prilagojen pouku športne vzgoje in potrebam gimnazijcev. Športnim pedagogom smo želeli približati jogo kot obliko telesne vadbe in jim prikazati način umestitve le-te v proces pouka. V prvih šestih učnih pripravah smo poznavanje telesne anatomije in druga športna znanja povezali v jogijsko vadbo, ki jo lahko brez dodatnega usposabljanja izpelje vsak športni pedagog. Poleg tega smo v pomoč pri razlagi določenih pojmov pripravili slikovno gradivo za posamezno učno uro. Učne priprave se nadgrajujejo in dopolnjujejo, vendar se z nekoliko iznajdljivosti lahko poslužimo tudi posamezne učne priprave in jo smiselno umestimo med druge vsebine pouka športne vzgoje. Magistrsko delo bo lahko v pomoč vsem športnim pedagogom, ki bi želeli vsebine joge vključiti v pouk športne vzgoje ter vsakemu posamezniku, ki bi si želel spoznati osnove jogijske vadbe.

We live in a word of constant progress and growth, that strives for a higher personal productivity in an ever-shorter time span. Consequently, individuals could spend more time for relaxation, their beloved ones and non the least themselves. However, just the opposite is happening. Adults as well as children and teenagers are facing the modern-day affliction called stress more and more frequently.
Teenagehood is a period of change and obtaining habits and patterns that individuals carry with themselves to their later life stages. The job of a P.E. teacher is to guide teenagers and show them the tools they will need to achieve a quality life style. In the thesis we found the answer to the lack of relaxation, hazardous teenage behaviour, physical inactivity and consequently the decline in physical abilities and low self-esteem in the practice of yoga. It is yoga that through its techniques affects the body in a holistic way and helps individuals getting in contact with their inner selves. Thus, they learn how to take care of themselves and their beings and introduce habits into their every day that are good for their health and keep away from bad and dangerous habits, that burden their body and soul.
The main aim of the master's degree thesis was to introduce the yoga program suitable for P.E. lessons and the needs of high school students. We wanted to address P.E. teachers and show them yoga as a type of physical training and how to incorporate it as such in the lesson process. In the first six lesson plans we blended the knowledge of body anatomy and other sport-related knowledge into yoga practice that can be carried out without any additional training by any P.E. teacher. We also added visual graphics supporting the explanation of specific terms for individual lessons. Lesson plans can be upgraded and complemented, being creative we can also use individual lesson plans and incorporate them into other contents of P.E. lessons. This master's degree thesis can serve as support to all P.E. pedagogues that want to include yoga practice into their sports lessons, but also to those individuals that want to learn the basics of yoga exercises. |
