Povzetek

V magistrskem delu smo preverjali fizikalne in mehanske lastnosti plošč, zlepljenih z mešanico melamin-urea-formaldehidnega lepila (MUF) in gela nanofibrilirane celuloze (NFC), v različnih koncentracijah. Preverili smo fizikalne lastnosti plošč (gostota, debelina, vsebnost vlage, toplotna prevodnost, debelinski nabrek ob izpostavitvi vodi) in mehanske lastnosti (upogibna in natezna trdnost, razslojna trdnost in čvrstost površine, strižna trdnost – tlačni strig).

Sekundarni povzetek: This thesis examines the physical and mechanical qualities of wooden panels bound together with a mixture of melamine-urea formaldehyde adhesive (MUF) and nanofibrillated cellulose (NFC) in different mass ratios. Firstly, the viscosity of the adhesive mixtures was examined. It rose in accordance with the proportion of the added NFC, while the gelling time was not significantly extended. Then single-layer fibreboard and particle boards with different quantities of added NFC (0-3%) and triple-layer particle boards with equal quantities of NFC were produced. Because stratification occured during compression when adding NFC during the production of the triple-layer particle boards due to the larger quantity of water, subsequent boards were produced with the NFC being added only into the outer layer (in amounts of 0-5%) or only into the core layer (in amounts of 0-3% NFC). The boards% various physical (density, thickness, moisture content, thermal conductivity, thickness swelling upon exposure to water) and mechanical properties (flexural and tensile strength, stratification strength and surface strength, shear strength - compressive shear) were examined. Upon adding NFC into single-layer boards and into the outer layer of triple-layer boards, an improvement in mechanical properties was observed, as well as a greater persistence on exposure to water, while the aforementioned qualities worsened in triple-layer boards with NFC added in their core layer. No significant changes in thermal conductivity and formaldehyde emission were observed.
