Povzetek
Ker smo v obdobju recesije in na splošno v obdobju nenehnih sprememb in s tem posledično sprememb v zakonodaji, ki prinašajo novosti tudi v sama podjetja oziroma organizacije, me zanima, s čim so zaposleni v odnosu delodajalec – delavec zadovoljni, kako sistem spremljanja razvoja kadrov vpliva na motivacijo in produktivnost, in tudi, kakšnih sprememb si želijo. Prizadevali smo si ugotoviti, kaj zaposleni menijo o pripadnosti podjetju, kako velika je njihova identifikacija z organizacijo ter kako vodstvo v tem kriznem času ohranja pozitivno delovno okolje, ki brez dvoma vpliva na delovni proces in zadovoljstvo pri delu. Sama menim, da so dobri odnosi, motivacija ter pripadnost podjetju trdni temelji, ki vplivajo na uspešnost organizacije, saj smo ljudje za njeno dobrobit pripravljeni marsikaj potrpeti, če verjamemo, da so taka obdobja prehodna in da so za to, da jih prebrodimo, potrebni določen čas, rešitve in predlogi. Podjetje oziroma organizacija, ki ima možnost vlagati v razvoj kadrov in ki skrbi za to, da se zaposleni na delovnem mestu dobro počutijo, vpliva na večje zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, s tem pa pridobi tudi na področjih učinkovitosti ter produktivnosti. To pa je vsekakor ključ do uspeha, ki si ga želi vsaka organizacija.
V prvem delu diplomske naloge bomo teoretično predstavili snov, ki je povezana s sistemom spremljanja razvoja kadrov, v drugem pa empirično prikazali obstoječe stanje v Slovenskem mladinskem gledališču in predloge za izboljšave.

Because we find ourselves in yet another recession period that may pass on a long term but which brings a wave of changes in a short term, and our economical legislation is no exception to this.
We are curious to find out; what is the level of satisfaction for the workers in an employer-employee relationship. In what way does the personnel education monitoring system effect the motivation and productivity of workers. What would they change in their work place. What are their feelings toward their company, is there a sense of belonging? Can they identify themselves with the company, with its goals. And what about the management, did it do its part in maintaining a positive work environment in this troubled times. Motivation, good work relationship, a sense of belonging, these are the foundations of a successful company. Most of us are willing to endure through this crisis for the sake of the company, if we firmly trust in the managerial capabilities of our leaders, just like sailors trusting their captain to bring them safely home. A company that has the possibility to invest in personal education monitory sistem, a company that takes care of its own, that provides a positive work environment gains only the love and trust of its workers and consequentially an increase in productivity. And that kind of care and attention are the cornerstones of every successful company
In the first part of this thesis, we will take a look at the theory of the personal education monitoring sistem.
In the second part we will present the research, the current status and ideas for improvement in the SMG. |
