Povzetek

V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljena spolno prenosljiva okužba s humanimi papiloma virusi ter vloga zaposlenih v zdravstveni in babiški negi pri preprečevanju okužb s spolno prenosljivimi humanimi papiloma virusi. Okužba je najpogostejša med 20 in 24 letom starosti, že nekaj mesecev po prvem spolnem odnosu. Okužba pogosto povzroči občutek krivde, pacientke izgubijo samozavest, strah jih je zanositve, strah jih je raka na materničnem vratu, strah pa jih je potem celo spolnih odnosov. Aktivnosti zdravstvene nege so zato pri delu medicinskih sester z rizičnimi skupinami zelo pomembne. Nujno je dobro poznavanje zdravih in bolnih rizičnih skupin ter poznavanje same spolno prenosljive okužbe s humanimi papiloma virusi. Pacientke je potrebno opogumiti in jim nuditi psihofizično podporo. Pomembno je, da so informacije, ki se podajajo pacientkam, popolne in jasne ter, da sodelujejo pri informiranju vsi zdravstveni delavci s pomočjo sredstev z zdravstveno tematiko. Opisani sta tudi vrsti cepiv proti spolno prenosljivi okužbi s humanimi papiloma virusi, njuno delovanje in pomembnost. Del diplomskega dela je namenjen zdravstveno vzgojnemu delovanju medicinskih sester pri preprečevanju spolno prenosljive okužbe s humanimi papiloma virusi. V raziskovalni metodologiji so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, katere namen je bil ugotoviti seznanjenost zaposlenih v zdravstveni in babiški negi s spolno prenosljivo okužbo s humanimi papiloma virusi. Ugotovili smo, da večina anketiranih pozna okužbo s humanimi papiloma virusi. V raziskavi je bila uporabljena deskriptivna metoda dela, za zbiranje pa raziskovalna tehnika- anketiranje.

Sekundarni povzetek: ABSTRACT The theorethical part of the diploma represents sexually transmited infection by human papilloma viruses and the prevention role of nurses against human papilloma viruses. The infection is most frequent between girls at the age of 20- 24 years, a few months after their first sexual intercourse. The infection causes a sesnse of guilt, patients are loosing their selfconfidence, they are afraid of getting pregnant, they are afraid of cervical cancer and they are often afraid of having sexual intercourse. Nursing care activities are very important for nurses working with the high risk groups of patients. A very good knowledge of healthy and ill high risk groups is very important as it is important to be familiar with the sexually transmited infection by human papilloma viruses. Patients have to be encouraged and supported in psychophysical way. It is very important that the information is completely and celarly transmited to the patients and that the whole nursing staff participates in the information transmition with all nursing means. There is a presentation of the two vaccines against infection by human papilloma viruses and their effect and significance is described too. A part of the diploma is dedicated to the educational work of nurses in prevention of a sexually transmited infection by human papilloma viruses. In the research methodology there are represented the results of our research which task was to establish nurses acquaintance with sexually transmited infection by human papilloma viruses. Our research findings are that a majority of nurses is acquainted with the infection by human papilloma viruses. In the research the descriptive working method was used. The data was collected using an inquiry (a research technique).
