Povzetek
Diplomsko delo opisuje različne načine komuniciranja medicinske sestre z bolnimi otroki in njihovimi starši v dispanzerju za otroke. Komunikacija kot način sporazumevanja med ljudmi obsega tako verbalno kot neverbalno komunikacijo. Neverbalna komunikacija je pri otrocih veliko bolj izražena, zato morajo biti medicinska sestra kot tudi drugi sodelavci zdravstvenega in negovalnega tema, ki prihajajo v stik z otroki v času njihove bolezni, še posebej pozorni na njo, saj leta veliko krat pokaže pravo stanje otrok. Otrokom pogosto predstavlja zdravstvena obravnava neznano, velikokrat pa tudi nezaželeno in stresno situacijo. Medicinska sestra mora to situacijo omiliti z poznavanjem ustreznih načinov komunikacije v različnih starostnih obdobjih otrok. V zdravstveni obravnavi morajo biti otroci vselej enakovreden član v komunikaciji, seveda pa je to odvisno od njihove starosti in kognitivnih sposobnosti. Vedeti morajo kaj se bo z njimi dogajalo in zakaj se bodo izvajale določene negovalne intervencije, ki so nujne v procesu obravnave, tako se bodo otroci počutili bolj sprejete, kar bo pripomoglo k kakovostni zdravstveni negi.
Metodologija raziskovanja. Raziskava je temeljila s primerjavo delno strukturiranega vprašalnika in je potekala v mesecu januarju in februarju 2010 v dispanzerju za otroke. Vključenih je bilo petdeset staršev, ki so prišli z otroki v dispanzer.
Rezultati. Podatki, ki smo jih pridobili z raziskavo, nam kažejo na to, kako pomembno vlogo ima komunikacija pri zdravstveni obravnavi otrok v dispanzerju. Vsi anketirani starši so odgovorili, da sestra z uporabo njim in otroku razumljivega jezika ustvarja prijazen in human odnos, kar vpliva na kakovost komunikacije.
Sklep. Iz raziskave je razvidno, da je dobra komunikacija ključnega pomena pri ustvarjanju profesionalnega in humanega odnosa med medicinsko sestro, otroki in njihovimi starši v dispanzerju za otroke. Ko otroci zbolijo, se starši vedejo drugače kot takrat, ko so zdravi. Zelo so zaskrbljeni, zbegani in prestrašeni, navdaja jih občutek krivde. Zato, da bo medicinska sestra lahko s straši in otroki uspešno vzpostavila primeren odnos mora poznati vse veščine komunikacije, saj bo le tako pomagala otrokom in njihovim staršem na poti do ozdravitve.

The thesis describes the different ways to communicate with the nurse sick children and their parents in the dispensary for children. Communication as a means of communication between human beings consist of both verbal and nonverbal communication. Nonverbal communication in children is much more pronounced, it must be a nurse as well as other medical and nursing staff of those who come into contact with children during their illness, particularly attentive to her, because many times in the right state of children's shows. Children, treatment is often unknown, but often unwanted and stressful situation. The nurse should mitigate this situation with the knowledge of appropriate methods of communication in different age groups of children. The medical treatment of children must always be an equal member in communication, however, this depends on their age and cognitive ability. They need to know what will happen to them and why to implement specific nursing interventions are necessary in the process of treatment, so the children feel more accepted, which will contribute to quality health care.
Research methodology of the survey. The study was based in part by comparing the structured questionnaire and was held in January and February 2010 in the dispensary for children. Involved is fifty parents who came with children in the dispensary.
Results. Data were obtained through a survey, we show how the fundamental role of communication in the medical needs child in the dispensary. All parents surveyed responded that the use of nurse them and creates a language understood by a child-friendly and humane attitude, which affects the quality of communication.
Conclusion. From the research shows that good communication is crucial in creating a professional and humane relationship between the nurse, children and their parents in the dispensary for children. When children get sick, the parents behave differently when they are healthy. They are very worried, confused and scared, imbued by a sense of guilt. Therefore, the nurse will be able to successfully set up a parents an option should be familiar with all the skills of communication, because the only way to help children and their parents on the road to recovery.
