Sekundarni povzetek: | Efficiency and equity are two main criteria of public funding of education. At the beginning, the author presents a theoretical basis of these two phenomena, continues with the results of measurement of efficiency and equity of public funding of higher education for other countries and than concentrates on the results of measurement in Slovenia. The analysis for Slovenia is based on the second longitudinal analysis of the efficiency of higher education in the country and the first empirical analysis of equity of its funding from public sources. The presented analyses for Slovenia were performed within two research projects. |
