Povzetek
Teoretično izhodišče: Tim je posebna vrsta skupine, kjer sodeluje večje število ljudi z medsebojno komunikacijo. V zdravstvu sta se formirala negovalni in zdravstveni tim.
Namen: Z raziskavo smo želeli ugotoviti, kakšni so odnosi in komunikacija, ter kateri dejavniki imajo pomembno vlogo pri vzpostavitvi in razvoju medsebojnih odnosov in kako vsi ti dejavniki vplivajo na počutje zaposlenih v negovalnem timu na ginekološko-porodniškem oddelku .
Metode dela: Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji. Za zbiranje podatkov smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik, ki je obsegal 16 vprašanj zaprtega tipa.
Rezultati: Podatki, ki smo jih pridobili z raziskavo so nam prikazali, da imajo medsebojni odnosi pomembno vlogo za dobro delovanje negovalnega tima. Počutje v negovalnem timu je dobro oz. zelo dobro, saj je to odgovorilo kar 92 % anketiranih. Iz rezultatov je tudi razvidno, da so nadrejeni spoštljivi, odprti, zaupljivi, ter imajo pošten odnos do podrejenih. Večina anketirancev (84 %) tudi ocenjuje, da zahtevnost dela, preobremenjenost, časovna stiska vplivajo na medsebojne odnose v njihovem negovalnem timu.
Sklep: Ugotavljamo, da je velika večina anketirancev zadovoljna z medsebojnimi odnosi v svojem delovnem okolju. Zaupanje in spoštovanje sta nujno potrebna za uspešno sodelovanje in dobre medsebojne odnose, saj prinašata obojestransko korist in pozitivne rezultate.

Theoretical Starting-point: A team is a special kind of group, where more people cooperate through mutual Communication. Moreover, in Health Sector have been found both, Health-care team and nursing team.
Purpose: With the Research we wanted to find out, what are relations, communication and which factors do play important Role by establishing and development Interrelations and how all these factors influence on employees Mood within nursing team at Gynaecological-obstetric Department.
Work Methods: A Research was based on quantitative Methodology. For Data gaining, we used Questionnaire, which consisted 16 closed-type Questions.
Results: Data which we had obtained have showed that Interrelations have significant Role for good acting of nursing team. The Mood in nursing team is good or very good, because 92% of Respondees replied so. From the Results can be also seen that Superiors are respectful, opened, trustful and they have fair Attitude to Inferiors. Most of the Respondees, i.e. 84%, estimate that Work Complexity, Overburdening and Lack of time, influence on Interrelations in their Health-care team.
Conclusion: From the Research we can see that most of Respondees are satisfied with Interrelations in their Working Environment. Trust and Respect are highly significant for successful Cooperation and good Interrelations because both bring mutual Utility and positive Results. |
