Povzetek

V magistrskem delu je predstavljena osnova avtomatizacije vinske kleti po načelu Internet of Wine. Cilj celotnega magistrskega dela je bil demonstrirati pomen sprotnega spremljanja parametrov, ki so ključni za uspešni proizvodni proces in pri tem uporabiti dostopne (angl. off-the-shelves) naprave. Poglaviten cilj sestave takšnega sistema je, da za čim manjši vložek dobimo karseda zanesljiv ter modularen sistem, ki se ga bo dalo tudi preprosto nadgrajevati. S tem namenom smo se odločili za uporabo krmilnikov podjetja Allterco – Shelly, za računalnik pa Raspberry Pi, ki je cenovno izredno ugoden, poleg tega pa še vedno dovolj zmogljiv. Na njem je bil nameščen odprtokodni operacijski sistem Home Assistant, ki je nadzoroval celotno dogajanje v vinski kleti. Omenjeni sistem je dosegljiv preko spletne platforme ali tudi preko mobilne aplikacije. Celotna komunikacija med temperaturnimi moduli je potekala preko t. i. CoIoT protokola, ki temelji na CoAP protokolu, ter preko Wi-Fi omrežja. MQTT protokol je predviden v tudi nadgradnjah, saj je v primerjavi s CoAP protokolom preprostejši za uporabo. Poleg sistema za nadzor temperature v vinskih sodih smo sistem dogradili še s tipali temperature prostora, preko katerih smo nadzirali vklop klimatov/konvektorjev v vinski kleti. Na tipalih temperature smo tudi izvedli kalibracijo. Da bi celoten sistem še bolj optimizirali, smo izdelali ter vkomponirali še dva različna sistema za nadzor kvalitete zraka v prostoru. Preko teh je planiran tudi sam nadzor prezračevanja prostorov v primeru preslabe kvalitete zraka, kar je med vrenjem mošta bistvenega pomena. V zaključnem delu magistrskega dela so predstavljene še prihajajoče nadgradnje, ki so načrtovane do naslednje trgatve.

Sekundarni povzetek: The master's thesis presents the basics of wine cellar automation according to the Internet of Wine. The aim of the entire master's thesis was to demonstrate the importance of continuous monitoring of parameters that are crucial for a successful production process, using accessible (off-the-shelves) devices. The main goal of the composition of such a system was to get the most reliable and modular system possible, which will also be easily upgradable That's why we decided to use Allterco-Shelly controllers, and for the computer Raspberry Pi, which is very affordable and still powerful enough. It was equipped with the open-source operating system Home Assistant, which monitored all events in the wine cellar. The latter system is available both via the online platform and via mobile application. The entire communication between the temperature modules took place via so-called CoIoT protocol based on CoAP protocol and over Wi-Fi network. The MQTT protocol is also provided in the upgrades, as it is easier to use compared to the CoAP protocol. In addition to monitoring the temperature in the wine barrels/tanks, the system was upgraded with room temperature sensors, through which we monitored the activation of climate convectors in the wine cellar. On temperature sensors we also performed calibration. In order to take the entire system one step higher, we made and incorporated two different systems for air quality control in the cellar. Through the latter, it is also planned to control the ventilation of the premises in case of poor air quality, which is essential during the fermentation of grape juice. In the last part of the master's thesis, the upcoming upgrades are presented, which are planned to be upgraded until the next harvest.
