Povzetek

Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti perkutano endoskopsko gastrostomo in zdravstveno nego bolnika po vstavitvi. Opisana je specifična zdravstvena nega pri bolniku po vstavitvi. V prvem delu diplomske naloge je predstavljena perkutana endoskopska gastrostoma, vstavitev le-te in možne zaplete. V drugem delu pa je predstavljena zdravstvena nega bolnika, način hranjenja ter tipične negovalne diagnoze bolnika po vstavitvi in izvajanje le-teh.

Sekundarni povzetek: The aim of the diploma paper is to present percutaneous endoscopic gastronomy (PEG) and a health care of a patient after insertion of the percutaneous endoscopic gastronomy. A specific health care of the patient with a PEG insertion is being described. In the first part of the diploma paper we describe a percutaneous endoscopic gastronomy, a PEG insertion procedures and possible complications. In the second part of the diploma paper we present a health care of the patient with a PEG insertion, methods of feeding via stomach, typical nursing diagnosis of the patient after insertion of the PEG and the exercise of these.
