Povzetek
V diplomskem delu je obravnavana komunikacija patronažnih medicinskih sester in zasebnih patronažnih medicinskih sester s pacientom. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti, na kakšne načine patronažne medicinske sestre in zasebne patronažne medicinske sestre komunicirajo s pacienti, ali se zavedajo pomembnosti komunikacije s pacienti in ali so s svojim delom zadovoljne. Pri raziskavi smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo dela. Podatke smo zbirali s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, v katerih so sodelovale patronažne medicinske sestre, zaposlene v Zdravstvenemu domu dr. Adolfa Drolca, ter zasebne patronažne medicinske sestre, zaposlene s koncesijo v javnem zdravstvu na območju Maribora z okolico. Ugotovili smo, da se tako ene kot druge zelo dobro zavedajo pomena kakovostne komunikacije. Pri komunikaciji s pacienti uporabljajo različne načine komuniciranja, prilagajajo se položaju in potrebam pacienta, najpogosteje pa uporabljajo besedno govorno komunikacijo – pogovor. S svojim delom so zadovoljne, nekatere si želijo, da bi za svoje delo bile primerno finančno nagrajene. In prav zaradi zavedanja pomena komunikacije posvečajo komunikaciji enako časa kot negovalnemu delu. Pomembno pri komunikaciji je, da se skušamo vživeti v situacijo drugega, saj človeka tako bolje razumemo, hkrati pa lažje in bolje komuniciramo z njim.

The thesis dealt with communication community nurses and private community nurses with patients. The purpose of this study was to determine in what ways medinske home care nurses and private community nurses communicate with patients, or are aware of the importance of communication with patients and whether they are satisfied with their work. In our study we used the descriptive method. Data were collected through a survey questionnaire, which involved community nurses employed in the Health Centre Dr. Suppresion, private and community nurses employed by a concession to public health in the area of Maribor and its surroundings. We found that both one and the other very well aware of the importance of quality communication. When communicating with patients using different communication modes, adjust the position and needs of the patient, but most commonly used word-talk voice communication. Through their work they were satisfied, some want to be well on its appropriate financial reward. And also because of awareness of the importance of communication, communication devote equal time and care work. It is important to communicate is that we try to get into another situation, because people better understand, but easier and better to communicate with him. |
