Morfološke analize listov bele murve iz goriške regije

Povzetek

Namen diplomskega dela je bil morfometrično razlikovanje listov bele murve v odvisnosti od načina rezi dreves vzorčenih na področju Nove Gorice in bližnje okolice. Vzorčenje je potekalo na terenu od 2. junija do 28. julija 2015. Habitus vsakega vzorčenega drevesa smo fotografirali, zapisali geografske koordinate nahajališča drevesa ter izmerili obseg debla drevesa. Na vsakem drevesu smo vzeli od 20 do 30 polno razvitih in nepoškodovanih listov, pri čemer smo naključno vzorčili 5.–7. list, ne glede na ekspozicijo. Liste smo herbarijsko stisnili in posušili. Morfološke lastnosti vzorčenih listov smo merili s pomočjo predhodnega skeniranja listov in obdelave pridobljenih digitalnih fotografij v računalniškem programu Cell SZ61. Merili smo površino lista, dolžino lista po glavni žili, širino lista v najširšem delu, dolžino listnega peclja, levo in desno širino od glavne žile v najširšem delu lista ter dolžini desne in leve bazalne žile. Ugotovili smo, da ima vsakoletna rez signifikanten vpliv na dolžino lista, na širino lista, dolžino leve in desne širine lista in na dolžino leve in desne bazalne žile na listu, nima pa vpliva na površino in na dolžino peclja. Izračun Pearsonovega koeficienta korelacije je pokazal, da je povezanost vseh spremenljivk z rezjo zmerna. Najmočnejšo korelacijo smo ugotovili med dolžino lista ter levo in desno bazalno žilo.

Sekundarni povzetek:	The purpose of the diploma work was the morphometric differentiation of white mulberry leaves depending on the method of cutting trees, sampled in the Goriška region area of Nova Gorica and the surrounding area. Sampling took place in the field from June 2 to July 28, 2015. The habitat of each sampled tree was photographed, the geographical coordinates of the tree location were recorded, and the circumference of the tree trunk was measured. We took 20 to 30 fully developed and undamaged leaves on each tree, randomly sampling leaves 5–7, regardless of exposure. The leaves were herbarium-squeezed and dried. The morphological properties of the sampled leaves were measured by pre - scanning the leaves and processing the obtained digital photographs in the computer program Cell SZ61. We measured leaf area, leaf length along the main vein, leaf width in the widest part, leaf stalk length, left and right width from the main vein in the widest part of the leaf, and length of the right and left basal veins. We found that annual incision has a significant effect on leaf length, leaf width, left and right leaf width, and left and right basal vessel length on leaf, but has no effect on stalk surface and length. The calculation of the Pearson correlation coefficient showed that the correlation of all variables with the cut is moderate. The strongest correlation was found between leaf length and left and right basal vessels.
