Povzetek
Uvod: Za zagotavljanje kakovostne obravnave pacientov so pomembne spremembe v zdravstvenih organizacijah. Zaposleni se različno odzivajo na uvajanje nečesa novega, zato je namen zaključnega dela raziskati odnos zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi do uvajanja sprememb v zdravstvenih organizacijah.
Metode: Uporabljena je bila kvantitativna metodologija raziskovanja s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 400 delavcev v zdravstveni negi, ki so zaposleni v zdravstveni organizaciji na terciarni ravni. Zbrani podatki so bili obdelani s pomočjo računalniških programov Microsoft Office Word 2016 in Microsoft Office Excel 2016 ter IBM SPSS Statistics 25.
Rezultati: Na podlagi analize pridobljenih podatkov je bilo ugotovljeno, da so zaposleni v zdravstvenih organizacijah pozitivno naravnani do uvajanja sprememb in se strinjajo, da so spremembe pomembne. Kljub temu prihaja do razkoraka pri sprejemanju in implementaciji sprememb glede na položaj zaposlenega. Zaposleni na nevodilnih mestih so prepoznali potrebo po večji informiranosti na ravni organizacije ter več možnosti za vključitev v proces načrtovanja in uvajanja sprememb.
Razprava in sklep: Spremembe v zdravstvenih organizacijah so potrebne, saj se organizacije lahko le tako razvijajo in izboljšujejo. Spremembe so večinoma dobrodošle, če so dobro zasnovane in pozitivno predstavljene s strani vodilnega kadra.

Introduction: Changes in healthcare organizations are important to ensure quality patient care. Employees respond differently to the introduction of something new. The purpose of this final work is therefore to investigate the attitude of nursing staff towards the introduction of changes in healthcare organizations.
Methods: Quantitative research methodology using a questionnaire was used. The study included 400 healthcare workers employed by a tertiary-level health care organization. The collected data was processed using computer programs Microsoft Office Word 2016, Microsoft Office Excel 2016 and IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The hypothesis was tested using t-test.
Results: Based on the analysis of the obtained data, it was found that employees in health care organizations are positive about the introduction of changes and agree that the changes are important. Nevertheless, there is a gap in the adoption and implementation of changes according to the position of the employee. Employees in non-leadership positions recognized the need for greater information at the organizational level and more opportunities to be involved in the process of planning and implementing change.
Discussion and conclusion: Changes in healthcare organizations are needed, because only in this way can organizations develop and improve. In most cases, changes are welcome if they are well designed and positively presented by the management. |
