Povzetek
Diplomska naloga obravnava pomen razvoja posameznikove kariere v sklopu organizacije, ki je v našem primeru zavarovalnica Wiener Stadtische. Načrtovanje kariere zaposlenih ter trenutno stanje organizacije je predstavljeno z vidika izobraževanja, komuniciranja med zaposlenimi in nadrejenimi, z vidika stopnje motiviranosti, ki jo imajo zavarovalni zastopniki za boljše in produktivnejše opravljanje svojega dela. Poleg vsega naštetega pa so pomembni tudi različni načini planiranja, saj lahko z njimi predvidimo morebitne nastale težave in s tem lažje rešimo problem, kar vodi do uspešnosti dolgoročnega pozitivnega uspeha vseh zaposlenih kot tudi celotne organizacije.
V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela smo podali temeljne pojme kariere, splošne definicije ter karierni razvoj s strani posameznika. Predstavili smo zavarovalnico Wiener Stadtische in njene zaposlene ter dejansko stanje načrtovanja kariernih poti.
Namen naše raziskave je bil ugotoviti sedanje stanje v zavarovalnici ter ugotoviti ali je obstoječi sistem organizacije ustrezen; v kolikor se bo izkazalo obratno, bomo poiskali ustreznejšo rešitev problema s področja načrtovanja kariere.
V zadnjem delu naloge smo predstavili rezultate raziskave zaposlenih v zavarovalnici Wiener Stadtische o karieri in načrtovanju kariere v njihovi organizaciji, predstavili pa smo tudi glavne ugotovitve našega raziskovalnega dela.

The diploma thesis discusses the importance of developing one's potencial and growth within the organization. In our case we represented the Wiener Stadtische Insurance company.
The planning of one's career state in which the organization finds itself is presented in terms of education, as well as communication between the company supervisors and their employees. We also discuss ways of finding motivation for the most productive and efficient way of performing as an insurance company representative.
As further explains the importance of careful planning so as to establish potencial pitfalls on problem areas, and to deal with any difficulties in the most efficient - manner, which is turn leads to long term success for all the employees as well as the entire organization.
In the theoretical part of the thesis we presented the basic concepts and general definitions of developing one's career within the Wiener Stadtische Insurance company. We presented the current conditions for career development.
The purpose of our study was to determine the current situation and whether the existing system was appropriate, if our findings slow us that this is not the case, we will search for more suitable solutions of career planning within the organization.
In the concluding part of our thesis we presented the results of the research by the employees of Wiener Stadtische Insurance, further we presented career planningin the organization and the main findings of our research study. |
