magistrsko delo
Meritve smo izvedli avgusta 2020 v Mariboru (SV Slovenija). Podatke smo statistično obdelali s pomočjo programa Statistica (Data Science, TIBCO) in jih predstavili v obliki grafov in tabel.

Effect of monophagous leaf miners on the photosynthetic efficiency of black locust (Robinia Pseudoacacia L.) |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
Black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia) is an alien invasive tree species in Slovenia that is infested by the larvae of Phyllonorycter robiniella, Parectopa robiniella and Obolodiplosis robiniae. In the framework of the master thesis, we studied the influence of herbivores on the photosynthetic efficiency of black locust evaluating non-photosynthetical quenching and leaf greenness. The aim of the study was to investigate whether infected leaflets have poorer photosynthetic efficiency and lower chlorophyll content than healthy leaflets. Measurements were performed in August 2020 in Maribor (NE Slovenia). Data were statistically analyzed using the software Statistica (Data Science, TIBCO) and presented in the form of graphs and tables. We found that infected leaves have lower photosynthetic efficiency, and we also detected lower values of SPAD (greenness of leaves). Based on the obtained results, we can confirm that mining larvae of Phyllonorycter robiniella and Parectopa robiniella represent stress to plants through their activity. |
