Sekundarni povzetek: | The rapid solidification of the alloy is characterized by a refinement of the scale of segregation and grain size or by a significant increase in solubility. Atomized powders and rapidly solidified ribbons are in further proceeding mostly subjected to high temperature treatments (sintering, extrusion, etc.). Consequently, it is clear that the stability of the microstructure and coarsening resistance of the strengthening particles are of great importance. In researching the high temperature microstructure stability of the rapidly solidified Cu-Zr alloy, the kinetic and activation energy or the growth of dispersed intermetallic particles were determined. The results presented in this paper show that particles coarsen by bulk diffusion controlled with the diffusivity of zirconium and the 3~t relationship was obtained at all temperatures of the experiment. |
