diplomsko delo
V svojem diplomskem delu sem tako izpostavila problem in naredila primerjavo državne (javne) devetletne osnovne šole in waldorfske (zasebne) devetletne osnovne šole. S primerjavo predmetnikov in štirih izbranih predmetov (spoznavanje okolja, likovna vzgoja, športna vzgoja in glasbena vzgoja), sem tako potešila svoje zanimanje o razlikah samega vzgojno-izobraževalnega sistema.

THE COMPARISON OF PUBLIC AND WALDORF'S EDUCATION FROM THE ASPECT OF SCHOOLS' CURRICULA OF CHOSEN SUBJECTS FOR THE FIRST THREE YEARS OF PRIMARY EDUCATION |
Sekundarni povzetek: |
A lot has changed since the independence of the Republic of Slovenia. At the moment the Republic of Slovenia is dealing with the process of privatization. All that has once been a state or public property for example is passing now into the private hands. Estates, forests, buildings, etc. As for the future teacher, the privatization of the school system is rather interesting to me. In my diploma paper I have put out the problem and made the comparison of the state or public primary school and the Waldorf private primary school curriculum. With the comparison of mandatory subjects and the comparison of four elective subjects (Environmental Sciences, Art, Music and Physical Education), I have appease my interest about the two different educational systems. In my diploma paper I have used the following methods: the descriptive and the comparative method and the methods of analysis and synthesis. While discovering the nature of the public and private school I have found out that the existing differences are ideological and based upon their philosophy of pedagogy. The comparison of both curricula has shown that the six mandatory subjects of the public first three years educational period have on average more lessons than the same mandatory subject of the Waldorf private school in the same educational time period. From analysing the comparison of the subjects of both school curricula, I can determine differences, though some of them are bigger than the other. Not even one subject's curriculum was identical to another when these two school systems were compared. The differences are easy to spot whether with the subject definition or with the general aims or didactical recommendations. Therefore we can say that both primary schools are good, but they don't exclude each other. It all depends on our point of view, but in my opinion both of the educational systems have their own advantages and disadvantages. |
